The young lady I believe her name was Lynn was phenomenal... I didn't know what I wanted and the recommendations she gave me with how she ordered her coffee was phenomenal!! It was so good I took my first sip and had to call the store and tell her how much I loved it!! I'm very pleased with my coffee as well as my service!

The Gouda Breakfast sandwich was not pleasant, I assume their using powdered eggs Unpleasant after taste with their eggs.

They didn’t have anything. I came to get a coffee and they didn’t have any drinks working. This is the 4th time this monththis has happened.

First of all, let's not blame the baristas. They were doing the best they could. They were really working hard to get all the orders out. I blame Starbucks for not having a system in place to either stop taking the mobil orders when there are so many, the baristas can't keep up or at a very least let those who are ordering through their mobile app that their order may take longer than expected. Instead of saying it'll be ready in 15 minutes. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:09 a.m. but instead I had to wait until 8:39. This is not acceptable. Do better Starbucks!

Abysmal. Avoid at all costs. You deserve better. This location has the worst service, an apathetic staff, and zero interest in providing a good customer experience.

What is it with waiting at the counter no one speaks? Then when he finally comes to take my order just stares? No hello sorry for your wait, may I take your order. Horrible customer service.

Ordered a pound of Sumatra (ground) and a slice of Pumpkin & Pepita loaf. Had me wait with the other customers. Then handed me the coffee and said thank you. When I asked about the other half of my order the young lady asked someone then went on to her net order. When I went up to the register and (indignantly) asked about the load another young lady copped an attitude with me about it. "Sir, You need to go wait over there with everyone else."Even said they only had one oven...have no clue what that was about. I didn't order anything heated, and the girl who took my order didn't ask if I wanted it heated. (Why the f88k would you heat it anyway?!?!)(edited)
