OSHA infection control: the nurse who gave flu shot to both of my parents, did not change gloves between patients. Yes They are family, but they are still two individuals, could've possibly carry blood born pathogens. Followed COVID-19 instructions, waited in car for call. Twenty minutes later, walked in and saw name on list as next apppintment, went back to car. Hour later, walked in to find my appointment was cancelled, still without a call. Thanks.

Don't waste your time coming here. What they say they can do online and what they actually do are very different things. Find a real doctor.

Went in because online it said no wait time. Got there and no one is there. No wait time because no practiner was there. Went in next day only to find that they were on lunch break...no biggie. Suppsoed to be 30 mins...on the computer said they would return in 30 mins. Then on the manual return at this time clock it was 2 HOURS later! On a Sunday that has shorter hours anyway. Made an apt yeaterday for today and there is going to be NO ONE THERE AGAIN!!!! At a loss for words what to reccomend. Can't go by making apt online. Cant go by the online wait time and the instore isnt reliable either. The pharmacist just confirmed yes no one wont be there till the later time....like having a 2 hour lunch was normal. So would go somewhere else.

Great customer service from Dr. Bridget! I made an appt online and it was very busy, so I had to wait a few minutes past my appt time (the email very clearly states that it holds your place in line, but based on traffic before you, you may have to wait). Bridget answered all of my questions. Will definitely be back!

I checked in about 10 minutes late for the appointment I set online, waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen, and the NP Sean was very professional and polite. I was out the door with my script in no time. At least some of these bad reviews have to be from people who a) don't understand the limitations of the Minute Clinic (it isn't a primary care physician or emergency room!) or b) were there at exceptionally busy times.

Worst ever. Go to the Clawson location if you can, they’re way more efficient. I came in when it said 0 min waiting for walk ins...then I checked in and I was told to come back in 77 min. So I came back...it said I was up and there were 0 min until my appointment...but I waited and waited. I didn’t see anyone come out for 20 minutes. I don’t know what’s going on with this location but it is an incredible waste of time.

Made an appointment online a head of time. Still waiting (25+ mins past the appointment). Why do you even bother having online booking if it makes NO DIFFERENCE!!
