“Granola, micro greens, fresh eggs, brownies, popcorn, and so much more. Everything is absolutely delicious. I second the previous comment, the owners care about every single ingredient that goes into each of the items that they make. This is a local gem not to be missed. And until you actually go inside, you’ll never realize all the different items they have to offer. Check it out!! They even have coffee now! All food items are super clean, health and earth conscious.”
“I have been shopping here for years. During that time my diet has evolved, but this store remains essential to my needs. Currently this is my favorite place to buy raw nuts, seeds, beans, oatmeal, etc. They package these bulk items in thin plastic, so it keeps the waste to a minimum. I also buy Ezekiel bread here because it is fresh and never freezer burned.The store also has a food vibe, so it's fun to shop here. There is a lot of parking near the back door, which is great.”

House Plants near the front door all seemed pest free. Every displayed plant looked excellent. I'd still soap them upon purchase, but much better than let's say Kroger.
Produce looked pretty good, with a few oddball offerings.
They have a whole aisle of essential oils, so if you are into witchcraft, this place will suit you fine.
They also have bulk bars of soap for $6 a bar. Too expensive for everyday, but it would look great when company comes over.
There were about a dozen Teslas in the parking lot, Whole Foods should install a few chargers.”

Organic, and natural oils, teas, food products, spiritual accessories, and stylish apparel, are just a few of the items to be found. Prices are quite reasonable, too!! Check their website often for year round events promoting financial and physical wellness. Most are free or very low cost. In the spirit of community growing community, pop up vendors are are a constant feature, too!!Shop for yourself or grab a few gift cards to add to that birthday or holiday gift!”

I stopped by and started looking for the items I used to use; quickly realized some things have changed in 10 years... Dylan is a young but VERY knowledgeable kid, early 20's, but with years of experience with proteins, supplements and tons of workout tips & meal prep ideas. Very professional and he keeps the place clean & organized. I will definitely be returning to this location during my fitness journey.”
