“HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! The Black lady with the accent started hollering and screaming at me as I was trying to explain something to her. She was extremely rude and flipped me off. I will NEVER return to that location; there are two other options on that corner!EDIT: The owner called the very next day and profusely apologized for the employee's behavior. I see a few comments here about her attitude when faced with specific situations and he assured me he will address how she responds when interacting with customers. I appreciate the attention and feedback.I originally gave one star on this review: however, due to the effort of the owner to present an earnest display of attention and careful consideration of the event, I am updating my assessment.”

“When I went to this gas station I thought I went to a five star hotel. The place was so neat and clean that it didn’t look like a gas station. The customer service over their was great and they were very caring, They always greet you, and they will always help you with anything you need. The first time i went there i had a flat tire and person that was working i think his name was Ramsy he helped me and offered me a free cup of water. If you ever need a snack they have everything from I-cream to sub sandwiches. If I could go there everyday I would.”

“Gas seems to be cheapest in the area, here. Unless I have Kroger Fuel points. This is my go to gas station. Be prepared to wait. There is typically a line of five cars, if not more, ahead of you.”

“Gas is always high in this area. It's not just the Shell gas station here. Been like that for at least 10 years. In any case, the inside looks better than the outside. The employees are pretty good and are cool. Store is usually stocked decently. Ice is fresh. They also have really good chicken and fries made fresh to order. Cheech's Chicken I think it's called. As a big plus, they also have a bitcoin machine here along with the lottery machine and atm. They are open 24 hours. It's a good gas station. Had to knock off a star for the high gas though.”

“OMG! Can you believe, full touchscreen gas station experience! It may be common in certain areas, but this was the first time I've ever seen and used it.I usually stop at this gas station when I head out that way to visit family, but it's been a minute. I was so taken in by the newness of the moment that I didn't even note the gas prices until after I did a full fill-up and it printed my receipt. ?I'm curious to see how this type of mechanism will function during a Michigan Winter, but until then, I'm in full-mode geek out.Thanks for the experience!??”

“I was in a dilemma my phone died and using Gps was at a loss . I went in and explained what happened and the assistant tried to help me ,getting his phone out and showing where I was and what I needed to do. The manager interjected and of course another young assistant. Together the charged my phone enough for me to make a call. My cord was defective and instead of charging me for a new one the manager gave me an extra one he had in his office. I was on my way to my gr.sons graduation ? Thanks to them I made it on time. Thank you all for your gracious actions, I really appreciate all you did, and all are my HEROES of the day. Nice clean well run spot. Thank you all❤️”

“It's a gas station/convenience store/mechanic. What is it to say about it? It's up the street from where I work. I get gas from time to time and I take a break at work and walk-up here for snacks. Everyone who works here is nice and friendly. I have had one of their mechanics replace a tail light bulb on my car. Because Nissan is ridiculous with their tail lights. They were quick to help and cheap.”
