Horrible customer service. Very slow attention by the staff. They just not allowed us to ship a box because it was 10 minutes before they close… If you want to use FedEx, go to another location.

I'm at this location almost every other day to ship packages domestically and internationally! All of the girls are extremely helpful, welcoming, and work very quickly to get through all of my shipments because there are usually a lot! I don't go to any other FedEx ship center!

Unprofessional staff. Constantly chatting with each other whilst they're serving you. Always some sort of complication, especially when sending a document via a corporate account.FedEx should be an easy in and out for packages, almost never the case at this location.

We had a large amount of packages to ship out due to it being Christmas time and we live far away from the rest of our family. I was certainly stressed about getting all these packages out efficiently especially when seeing there was only one person working at the FedEx by the time we showed up.However, that person (Trevon the Assistant Manager) absolutely exceeded my expectations. Not only did he provide us with great service in helping us divide our items, package them, organize them, and ensure we got the lowest shipping price possible; he also made sure to help other customers simultaneously so as not to build up a line.This man is a legend and deserves any promotion he can get. Thank you so much Trevon for being a huge help this Holiday season and showing why FedEx is a go to place for your shipping needs.Happy Holidays.

I ALWAYS get labels made here but this specific time there was a light skin black guy who act like he did not want to help me he was very rude telling me i had to go remake my labels made if i wanted them printed but this was my third time here reprinting the SAME labels! I’ll NEVER come back here he was very rude and disgusting to me!

Supposed to be open until 6 pm on 4/4/20. Came at 5:45 and doors were locked. Could see that someone was in the building with lights on but would not come to the door. Whoever was on the clock should be fired.
