I ordered a dress I n November, was sent the wrong size, then I was told after calling they were out the dress but it would be in at a certain date ,from there I was told it was put on my card which was a gift card that I don't have now..Then I was told they would go ahead and send the dress Dealing with them has been a total mess! Still waiting for a response!!

My husband purchased the classic Black dress (1XL) and the classic green leaf (1X) . The dresses’ design is pretty but the material is really thick. The dresses are heavy and the fact that an online clothing store does not accept returns or exchanges is unacceptable. They have a statement on the order sheet that they “want you (the customer) to be 100% satisfied” but without a way to even exchange any items purchase, how can I be 100 satisfy? I will never purchase anything else from this company nor will recommend it.

This is the second time I've ordered. I thought the first time was a fluke. I ordered according to the sizing chart. Items I purchased run small or I won't be ordering again.

I have purchased from this merchant previously and was happy with my merchandise. I recently made a purchase and was not satisfied with the item at all. I emailed the company — no response. I just looked at my packing slip, and it states, “No Returns. No Exchanges.” I guess I’m stuck with the item, but will not make any other purchases. Purchase cautiously.

In the past I also was pleased with what I ordered. However the last 2 items were cut small. I didn't bother to return. However this last purchase, the white dress like the classic, the elastic in the sleeve is too large at the cuff. the material is much thinner than the original scuba material.

I’ve purchased several pieces from this merchant and have been satisfied in the past. I recently purchased two items. One was too small, I’ve emailed and left several voicemail messages regarding an exchange or refund. I received one email response stating they would check for another size a few days ago. I have not received any additional information regarding my request. I purchased the item for my daughter’s college graduation so time is of essence. The lack of communication will impact any additional purchases I make going forward.

I placed an order on 12/22 in Georgia. Somehow I got my order by Christmas Eve!!! It’s beautiful! Perfect fit, exactly as advertised, great price. Will be shopping on this site more often!
