Innerstallion staff and members are welcoming to new folks of any fitness ability. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. There are a good number of Crossfit classes each week and a barbell club for those looking to compete or perfect their form.

This is the 2nd time I've dropped in here! Hillary was very helpful with all my questions. The coaches were welcoming and thorough. It was easy to find. Easy to park. The facility was clean. If you're looking for a place to visit or join, I'd check them out!

The staff are always extremely considerate and knowledgeable. Absolutely love the cleanliness of the facility. There is sufficient equipment that is well maintained.

One of my favorite workouts - Crossfit! This particular box has some of the very best coaches, all at various levels of athleticism. All of the coaches are encouraging, knowledgeable and on point, giving me the very best experience. Then there is my fellow crossfiters; all with the same attributes. I've always felt like I belonged, despite not being super athletic and "older." I love Crossfit, but mostly, I love the people who Crossfit.

I enjoyed two back to back days as a drop in at this modest sized box in the suburbs of Detroit. I had reached out to the manager/owner in advance and came in for two weekdays 6pm classes. Both WODS were excellent with a nice warm up as well taking advantage of the open parking lot area to do some running in nice late summer mild days and some stretching inside to warm things up. The strenth portions were good as well with good descriptions and the coach checking out each of us. Then the metcons- great- a good sweat as well. The box is relatively small but has everything you need and is above ground as well. Id go back if in the area- nice community as well!
