After selling a house that I owned and had my sister's name on, they gave us such a hard time when depositing the check. They accused me of fraud and kept badgering my sister asking her if she was sure she wanted to deposit the money in my account like I was stealing it from her. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. All for trying to deposit a very large sum of money. As soon as the check clears, I'll be transferring the funds and closing my account. I'll never give 5/3 my buisness again!

The ATM is always limited. If you are a 3rd shift person.. or do your banking at that time of the day, this will not be a reliable location to use. They are also trying to force the mobile app to fix this issue & those from experience are also unreliable when depositing checks. We don't have 5g in SH yet so our phones inadequately process such things. Not everyone lives in town.

This branch refused to open Business Accounts based on nonbanking perceived issues; the manger refused to communicate with us and another 53red Branch. In addition, the branch manager and the tellers are not knowledgably nor professional. If 1/2 star was available; I would select that option.

They are holding my money for a week after I was told one day and then told to call the 1800 number for help... Not reliable or helpful.
