I saw the Team Leader Stephanie Edwards there the other day but I had forgotten to bring some things so we were able to schedule a phone appointment and use a cool online application to take care of everything (even before the phone appointment) so I was really happy everything went really well and was just smooth sailing. I will always recommend Stephanie if you need help with your taxes. She's very professional and nice to talk to as well as highly experienced and it shows!

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is a complete scam and the person that helped with my taxes was very incompetent. I had to explain what my tax person did wrong to fix my return. Letting her complete it started with me owing money and once I helped her through it all I then got my couple thousand dollars back. I had a very straight forward return. Just a regular w2 and claiming a child don’t even own a home. After all was said and done and finally corrected they then proceeded to charge me $350!!! When they explained why it was so much they then informed me that they charged almost $100 for a liability fee. When explains what this was, it is a few to ensure THEY DID THEIR JOB CORRECTLY!!! Why should a customer have to pay almost $100 to ensure that the “tax expert” typed the numbers into the system correctly! This place is a COMPLETE SCAM!! Needless to say myself and anyone else I know will NEVER be coming back to any hr block location!! Save your money and do it yourself otherwise you’ll have to end up paying these people $350 to STILL do it yourself in the end anyway!!!

Called to set up a tax appointment and the accountant I spoke to was very rude. Will not be treated like that. Called another H&R location and they were able to answer all my questions in a polite knowledgable matter. Would give zero stars if I could to this location.

Very Disappointed. I was told to drop off my taxes to have them completed and now my files are held hostage! They will not return them to me saying they are shut down even though TV advertising say they are open for remote work and online filing. False advertising!

I have been going to this branch and using Chuck Reinhart for the last 3 years now. He is a excellent tax advisor. And makes you feel like part of the family there.
