A wide selection as usual but I was trying to find some of the hand sanitizer for the summer fragrances they need to have the summer fragrances all year round they smell a lot better than the fall and winter

I went in today because all of the Halloween stuff was 50%! Why wouldn’t you go in!? I was helped by Brandon the entire time. He was such a sweetheart and let me know about what they did and didn’t have for the collection that year. While checking out, Brittney was amazing. She helped me get a better deal on my soaps and it actually saved me more money in the end. I work just down the road and I will definitely be shopping at this location from now on. The store was extremely clean, organized and well stocked. Thank you so much you guys, you rock!!

I'm giving a 5 star because of the great customer Service that Sam gave to me and my mom it was during The annual sale which I'm sure is a busy time for the employees. But Sam made sure to be attentive and very helpful during our shopping experience. She even went above and beyond to help us find a very popular product that looked like it was out but she went above and beyond to double check and she was able to find more in stock which I appreciate it because I know she could've easily brushed it off. It makes a difference when someone is helpful and in a great mood willing to stop what they are doing to help.

With all of the recent exchange/return policies, things can be confusing, particularly because I shop online. I don't like to go into the store to exchange things because the anxiety it causes when an associate is rude just shuts me down. So I just collect stinky scents. But....today! I had an amazing experience! Shannon was top notch. Totally knew her stuff and really helped me figure out what the heck I was doing with my exchanges. There were 2 other young ladies helping me also and both were excellent! I've been in this store many times and had okay service but today was truly worth a major 5 star review. Thanks for helping me not feel silly for feeling like I'd been there for 6 hours lol!

My older daughter was buying stuff at the store and my 5 years old one asked for using their bathroom. Unfortunately the manager refused her request because it’s not open for public. I understand if they said no to me, but to a young girl? Plus the store wasn’t busy, the were standing around chatting. I had to check out quickly and took my daughter to a different place to use bathroom. Bad experience there!
