I stopped by our mail box this afternoon (at ~ 6:00) and ever piece of mail was addressed to the house across the street. I put ALL of the mail in the correct box.

The best experience I've ever had in a post office. I usually dread going but will definitely be back to the Schoolcraft post office! Very efficient and friendly!

Had the best example of customer service this morning. The current postmaster Jeff went above and beyond all expectations on a major project. I've always liked Craig, our mail carrier as well, who is fun and pleasant. Well done Schoolcraft USPS!

The lady delivering mail/packages to my house needs to be reprimanded, she’s on some sort of mail lady power trip. First, we put a note on our door asking for our parcels to be put on our front porch, this is a simple request because our front porch provides some protection against weather and is only ten feet from where she’s previously been dumping our packages at the garage door. She was angry and left a note saying “then make sure it’s shoveled”, it hadn’t even snowed yet? And we’re decent people anyway, of course we’re gonna shovel a walk that we’re asking you to go on. I was extremely taken aback by this note because it was so curt and rude without reason. The second shock was when this same lady charged us $4.39 because Fedex put a parcel in our mailbox which she wrote is “not allowed”. I understand if Fedex made a mistake, but why are we being charged by the US Postal Service because of it? Who does this lady think she is? Obviously we didn’t put a package in our own mailbox to purposely hinder her ability to put mail in it, why does she believe the answer to this problem is to charge us because of it?I’m so extremely upset and disappointed at such behavior from her that I wish I could request a different mail person so that this lady doesn’t have the ability to come near my house.

3rd time a package that I ordered said “delivered to mailbox”, only to find out it was delivered to a wrong address. The village of Schoolcraft is not that big and I’ve lived here 20 years, how is it possible to deliver a package that clearly has my address to the wrong location?Pathetic!

Sweet small office with a great, capable team. Rarely a long line.

I go to the schoolcraft post office. I live in Vicksburg, and I will only go to the post office in vicksburg If i absolutely have to. Even then I try to go right before work, but I can’t because they close from 1pm-2pm. They have three ppl working at the same time and they close for an hr for lunch instead of having someone on the clock. The white lady is always grumpy, the black lady is really nice, I like her, and the big dude never seems to know what he is doing so he takes forever.

So nice and helpful. If you live in Vicksburg I recommend the extra drive to this post office instead it is soooo much better here. They are here to serve and help the people and it shows. Wonderful place unlike Vicksburg Post Office which should be shut down and the grumpy old women fired with no retirement.
