We will be moving business else where. We have used other Meijer pharmacys for 16 years exclusively. This is the only Meijers we have had problems with like this.1. Today, we called to fill a prescription. We tried to fill it last week, and they said the Dr needed to get prior authorization. So we contacted Dr.'s office, and they send over authorization again. (Other Meijers filled prescription and did not need this.) The pharmacist Lindsey said the Dr never responded. We said this happened last week. Lindsey got snotty, lost patience, and raised her voice. Very unprofessional. This is the 3rd time in 3 weeks that I can not get medicine needed to breathe. 03/28/24 11:35 am.2. Last week. After using this pharmacy for 2 years, the pharmacy says to contact our insurance because they have inaccurate info. Call insurance everything is ok... call back pharmacist, someone at pharmacy changed birth date on the account at Meijer.3. 3 weeks prior. We call pharmacy to fill prescriptions, and the pharmacist says they are in stock/available. So we drive 60 miles to pick it up, and only 1 prescription out of 3 are available. The pharmacist says the other 2 will be ready in the morning. We have made them aware of the long drive and can not make a return trip the next day. This is a reoccurring problem, and it seems to be personal or perhaps amusing the female pharmacist. There are also constant issues with insurance when it has remained unchanged. But they still need prior authorization. We have had to drive to Gaylord, in the past, to fill the prescription because the pharmacy is incompetent at their job. Gaylord had no problems at all filling the same prescription within a few hours without prior authorization. Update to issue #3, which was previously posted: store manager called apologized and said it was inexcusable he would address the issue with the pharmacy.

Urgently needed anti seizure medicine. Doctor called in order at 9:00 am. Michele called saying they received the order and it would be ready by 5 pm. Arrived 5:30, not ready. Then Hailey called at 6:30 pm saying they don't have the drug! We drove 130 mile's round trip to pick it up. I will say they then transfered the order to Walmart. They have plenty in stock. Very very frustrating.

I've been going to the pharmacy since they opened and Stephenie is great!! She figured out so of my problems which I told my doctor and he was glad she did. Yes sometimes you have to wait but it's not that long, they are all working hard to fill and get the prescriptions out. They do a great job. I've used Walmart and Walgreens and always had to wait till they got pills in..

For two years this pharmacy screwed up my billing on nearly everynscruotnandnineuyks be stuck waiting in the store for them to fix it. I'd call ahead and ask if scripts were all ready and told yes, only to arrive and be told will have to order it in tomorrow.What a nightmare. Best thing I ever did was yank my scripts and move them to a closer, smaller, family owned pharmacy.Meijer costs me hundreds of dollars in waisted has money over two years time frame.

I love going to the meijer pharmacy but the girl Hailey is a j**** She is rude and doesn't care how she treats her customers. Always has an attitude. The guy Josh is amazing great customer service always caring.

For the past 2 months, the app says my prescription is ready, and I go to the store to pick it up and it's always tomorrow or 2 days from now.When I finally pick up my prescription, it says that it was filled on the same date as the app, which is false. They can't explain it, but maybe Walmart can figure it out when I change pharmacies next month. Maybe it's because they can't keep employees and treat them poorly? Just an educated guess.

Booked covid resting appt with advice from pharmacy as im canadian and need it to get back home. Gave me bad advice....booked wrong test and then refused to help me. Were dismissive of me and had me go to a church across town to get my test....the church was Fantastic but meyers was horrible. I do not recommend any canadians go to this pharmacy for testing. They may device to ×÷=% WITH YOU. THEY ALSO WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT OR CARE!!!!!! others in parking lot i spoke to had exact same issue.........they do not realize their carelessness can cause big fines...big stress..and big inconvenience. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!
