“I went to their outside (on the lake) yoga class for the first time last Friday morning. LOVED IT❣️ I am online now, looking for other classes. The instructor was knowledgable, open and friendly. She knew her audience. The poses were challenging, but not overwhelming. Just the right mix to take away my "hunter/gatherer" posture, ? and get my body to walk "upright" again, yet be completely relaxed and fluid. ?”

“I have been working at Holland MVP for almost 8 months. It has been such a life giving experience. I love the facility. There are so many group classes to take. I also have enjoyed playing sports again. I've always considered myself an athlete so have enjoyed learning to play tennis recently. The staff is wonderful and so great to work with. The members are friendly and a joy to serve. It has been such an wonderful community to be a part of. I've made so many new friends, and I'm so thankful that I am so much more active, fit and happy.”
