I had a similar experience as one of these reviewers. Older woman w blonde hair was very snobby. Talked to everyone around her age in the store but was extremely rude to me and acted bothered when I asked her a question. There are some interesting items in this store but if you do your research or know brands, which I do, they are marking everything in the store up considerably. You can find these brands for much cheaper elsewhere. She didn’t even have accurate info on the brands she was selling. Don’t assume your clients don’t know about retail. And don’t be rude and snobby. I purchased something but almost didn’t want to give them my business. I wouldn’t go back.

Such a great shopping experience at Chantal. She has BEAUTIFUL clothes and whether Chantal is there or her associates it is such a fun experience. Jessica helped my friend and I style all the options this weekend....so grateful for such beautiful clothes in these small MI resort towns. Thank you!!

While out walking around Saugatuck my wife found this cute little shop filled with all kinds of cute lady things. She was in there for a bit and found some adorable items that made her smile! That made me smile! Anyway, happy wife, happy life! As Always, Enjoy!

I've been shopping at Chantal's store for 20yrs and she has the same great eye in buying now that she did then. She & her associates make shopping in her store a delightful experience. I appreciate being able to shop with her bc her clothes are unique!

Beautiful, designer clothing that will be close to impossible to find at your usual department store. Store was one of just a handful that stays open later than the others which was really nice. Store owner went above and beyond in the customer service department. Both my friend and I made several purchases because she was so incredibly helpful. Will definitely be back!
