So last year 08-2023 I take my zero turn mower and weed whacker that I bought from ball equipment in Sandusky in to get the transmission flushed and looked at because it had a small slow leak after being parked. I also wanted there simple lube and care package they offer and gave them a couple small things to also do to the mower.Get the mower back almost 3 months later and it leaks worse than ever. Mower is worse than before I took it in. Also brought a weed whacker in for not working properly problems with carb they charged me said it was fixed get it back with an empty tank of fuel and bugs in the gas tank so how did they know it worked and was fixed it was never fixed. Weed whip is back up there again and we dropped it off around 07/11/23 says there gunna replace carb won't get it back now till after 09-06-2024. Carb shouldve been replaced the first time.Do not take anything here to be serviced or fixed unless you want a lie about parts being on back order for months and your stuff to take months to be looked at when it should've been fixed professionally the first time. They do not show you that things are fixed they just want you to pay the bill and leave you have to ask. They know how to sell you new products and order parts that take months to come in but can't fix anything or manage the mechanics very well.

Bought a Gravely Zero turn lawnmower from Joe at Ball equipment in Sandusky.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the options available.

Bought the mower in April. Ran rough when we loaded it. Thought it would work itself out, but not the case. Have to get it back up there to get checked out. Joe was my salesman. Good fella, made everything easy. Overall good experience. Been back already for oil change products. Parts guy was pleasant to deal with.

We appreciate the entire staff at Ball Equipment Sandusky. Joe our salesman was a great help, even when Can-Am could not provide shipping updates he did his best to obtain information.
Lindsey, our service writer, was amazing. She listened to our needs, provided proper estimates for work to be completed and has excellent communication skills. She worked very hard to ensure our units were up and running properly. She went to bat with Polaris for items that she felt were the manufacturers responsibility to repair. I would recommend working with her for your service needs.

Ball Equipment just delivered my Kubota tractor back home after repairs. Mice had gotten into the cab and into the headliner, chewing wires and leaving a mess. The heater/ac unit blew the stench of dead mice. It was awful. The mechanic did a great job, very clean install of new headliner and equipment. The service department worked with Kubota insurance to get everything covered. While the tractor was at their shop all needed maintenance was taken care of so I'm good to go plow snow! I can't recommend Kubota insurance enough it is a must-have on your equipment. Ball equipment sales got me dialed in on the insurance when I purchased my Kubota in 2018, and I've renewed every year. Two claims in 5 years and never a problem.
