Probably one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Go in to buy boots around 5pm asked for them to have the toes tipped told he don’t have time so I went down the road and bought else where

The service is great. I can just call, and they know exactly what shoe, size, and modifications I need, then send it to me in the mail. Even called other stores to get shoes faster than waiting for the back order. Great job guys. ?

After visiting Red Wing Shoes, I will not be taking any boot related business anywhere else. The salesman that saw me, Zachary, was kind, courteous, and helpful. He was more than accommodating to my needs and preferences. It is safe to assume this is commonplace with the rest of the staff. They have earned a customer for the foreseeable future and their products are well worth the price tag.

I have heard only great things about this store, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I came in looking for a hard toe safety shoe, and as a woman with larger feet it can be difficult. The salesman was able to find me a comfortable men's pair that fit perfectly. The staff was very friendly even though it was crazy busy when I was at the store. Never at any moment did I feel hurried or rushed. It was a great experience, and I will be back again.

Great customer service. My husband needed to have boots ordered in his size. Returned after being called that they had come in. Good information was shared with him in regards to having them treated for free every 6 weeks.
