“We've slept on our mattress for about a month or so (the Royal Aristocrate Pillow Top) and couldn't be more satisfied. Very competitively priced when compared to other quality mattresses, with features (such as double sided construction) not typically even available anymore from other national brands. We live out of state (I grew up in Saginaw), and stopped by the showroom on a Saturday morning while visiting family in the area. We were immediately greeted by the friendly owner, who calmly and thoroughly explained the different features and benefits of their various product lines, with zero pressure what so ever. We sampled the beds throughout their showroom, and after a brief and pleasant conversation, we purchased on the spot. We have hundreds of overpriced , high pressure mattress retailers to choose from in Chicago, but we chose to forego convenience (plus the headache) and purchase a quality product directly from an honest, family-owned manufacturer. Within a week, our mattress was built to order and delivered (free local delivery). We brought our new mattress back with us to Illinois during our next visit to Saginaw around the holidays. There aren't a lot of small companies like Sanitary Mattress left anymore that actually manufacture their own products right on site (I'm not aware of any); Saginaw has a real hidden gem. Even coming from out of state, I wouldn't hesitate to drive the extra distance again to give repeat business to Sanitary Mattress. Highly recommended.”

The installers, Jon and Ken, were fantastic! They arrived on time, were very respectful of my home, were neat and tidy and removed all old blinds and waste and made sure everything was absolutely perfect! What a fabulous experience!
