Called the day before to set up an appointment was told them it was a few light scratches I was told I could come in the next day before 4:00p and someone would look at it. I got there at 3:30 the guy asked if I had an appointment I had said no, and told him what I was told from the phonecall and then he told me it wasn't going to happen at that time on a Friday I said ok is there any way you just look at it he said he wasn't going to write the estimate rudely so i just left. He had Asked if I was in the right place I said I believed so and I double checked the address outside before I left and I was. It would have been a 10 minute job if that to look at it .

I really just wanted to give the body shop a review as it's deserved. I bought a 23 Ford Raptor recently and it had 2 defects paint wise from the manufacturer that I noticed. Obviously when you spend that much money on a car, you take that seriously. Royal Oak Ford and the body shop I feel has went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Mike at the body shop is a top tier professional and has really settled my nerves about a procedure like this being done on a new vehicle. He takes me seriously as a customer and is ensuring the situation is being handled with care. Mike deserves a raise to be honest. I've never come across someone as professional as Mike when it comes to body shops over the years. Genuinely pleased with him and I have the utmost confidence in their team. Even my sales guy Derek at Royal Oak Ford ensured I got a rental car as well for the trouble while my truck is being fixed. Still waiting for it to be done this Thursday, but as of now I wanted to write a review based off the service alone. Impeccable! I'll post photos when complete but I would recommend this body shop and royal oak ford based on the fact they care about the customer and ENSURED I was taken care of which is ALL i cared about in a situation like this. Thank you!!

Caleb was great with my 2023 escape purchase. Professional, thorough, answered all my questions and made the process seamless. He even took a pic of me with my new car! I definitely recommend royal oak ford.

i was trying to buy a new bronco for this dealer they told me they would hold it for me. 30 min later the sales person called me back and said they sold it. I would not buy a car form this dealer not sure if they were trying to get me to get a more expensive one or they just are untrustworthy. I would have given 0 stars but It would let me

The rear windshield wiper on my Explorer was damaged while it was receiving the 100,000 mile service. I contacted the service advisor who said it was damaged when my car was dropped off.This place is so desperate to take your money that they charged a 2% fee for using a credit card on an invoice over $500! I will not spend another dime with this dealer!

I have never had a good expwrience here. This latest and last time was to buy a new EcoSpirt. My salesman said one was due in. I was ready to buy. I heard nothong from him then for a few days. A couple calls to make sure we were on track were never returned. Then when I finally talk to him, he said he was out for a few days and someone else sold the car. I ask if he can try and get another, but he won't even try to get another saying it's "next to impossible". Then despite me saying I'm not interested in a used car, he keeps telling me about a used one. I finally agree to look at it... we walk outside and it's not there. We go in and he calls somebody and then tells me "we dont have the title to it yet." (A car they have in their system as "for sale"). So I ask "will I get to use my A-Plan discount?""Um... No... thats only for new cars." Like the one they sold out from under me and then refused to even look for a comperable new one.Thsts how a person, with A-Plan papers, ready to sign gets treated at Roya ll Oak Ford.

Good luck getting warranty work done. your car waits in there lot for over a month, they fix half the stuff wrong with it and use the excuse “thats just normal ford engine rattle” , but then You still have to go back because they broke multiple items on the truck while doing the original repair’s and decided they didn’t want to fix it.

I spoke with Mariah on the phone to make an appointment for an oil change for the Lincoln. Never bought a vehicle here or had any service done, even though it's very close to home. The oil has been overdue for several months now. Don't want any further issues or any for that matter. Maria informed me that they are about two weeks out on getting appointments for an oil change. I had a schedule for two weeks out at 11 AM on a Friday. I parked my car when I arrived in a lot adjacent to the service area. The woman at the front desk told me to pull in the service garage. Guess they don't do that here. There is a cool Shelby for sale for $165k. It looks amazing. Iris waited on me at the first desk. $72 is quite reasonable for an oil change, tire rotation and break check. Takes about an hour and a half. At the lounge before 11AM. I am number 82, will call me on the monitor when I am done. They even sent me a text message in case I need to communicate back to the service department at all. They are closed at 1PM due to the Woodward dream cruise today. My car was done in less than 40 minutes. Not too bad. Service was good from beginning to end. Payment was easy as well at the cashier.

Dealership was full b******** He had taken advantage my f****** deaf! They did not fix when I requested them to do. They owe me 2k! F*** you manager/owner/dealership. Very f****** sick people!!!!!! Go hell! Shut your f****** business down! Don't take a f****** advantage of your weak customers who pay for nothing!!!

They might do good work but I would never know. Took my car in a year ago for brake work. Took them 24 hrs just for them to tell me it would be 4-5 days!!!! Recently I book an appointment a month in advance for brake/suspension inspection only. Dropped it off early in the morning on the day of my appointment. 10 hrs later and an hour before they close they didn't even touch my car! Its my only vehicle and had to pull it cause I need it for work, as I discussed with the rep when I dropped it off and was told that it would be completed that day! Don't know what the point of making an appointment was.
