Rev Fitness is a Awesome Gym!! Great Trainers!! There is a 30 min Circuit for a quick workout at anytime that works best for you. Our kids love to do a one on one Boxing Class. I love to grab a healthy meal from Rev Fridge on my way out to eat on the go or take home for later.

Went to check out this unique gym for the first time with my husband today. Emily and Ryan greeted us warmly with a smile. Felt at home straight away. Ryan explained that we would be tracked with a heart monitor throughout our workout, had us fill out intake forms, then provided us further info on what the circuit interval training would be about for us today. How we would spend 3 minutes at each station, 2 workouts at stations 3-9 and the whole workout would be about 30 minutes with 30 second breaks between stations. The goals was to reach a maximum heart rate that is comfortable for each of us. I did well with the walking and jogging but once we hit the more intense leg workouts that kicked my butt this first time. Emily was my main trainer and Ryan worked mostly with my husband. This is very specialized training services and meal prep and plan. The trainers are skilled and all have great personalities and are truly there to help and maximize the members experience. It's nice that there's no scheduled training session and you can come and go as you please, but still know a trainer will be keeping you on task to meet your health and body goals. I pushed myself too hard with the leg exercises and thought I would be sick and collapse, took a break and Emily was patient with me and gave me breaks when needed. She gave me some alternate workouts to keep my heart rate up but not as intense for the last 2 workouts. Emily explained the importance of dynamic stretching at the beginning of the workout to warm up the muscles and body and then to do static stretches at the end of the workout. It was a really good, intense and fun exercise and nicer to have a trainer/cheer leader in your corner. We both signed up today. Monthly plan is $69.99, no risk since it's month to month and $70 for the heart monitor. Your heart monitor checks you in as it's attached to your name and account and they have monitors that show your heart rate during your circuit interval workout. You can also add an app and use the same monitor when you are not in the gym too. Now I have to workout more to get through the intense mountain climb and squat, squat jumps and lunge exercises.
