“They don't always have what I need in stock, and their hours are more limited than the big chain pharmacies, but they actually call me and communicate some person to person, and they are always friendly and accommodating. To me, that makes it worth patronizing this smaller pharmacy. I sometimes ask them many questions on the phone, and they don't bat an eye--they just answer all of my questions and call me back if they have to hunt an answer down. I'm glad they're there.”
“Yesterday I went in to pick up my cake order and it looked like it was dropped and I was furious at first but I accepted mistakes happen. It seemed as my son’s party would be without a cake due to it being a special order. When I tell you Tammie, Renee, and Kathy demonstrated what customer service is. They found away to save the day two of them weren’t even from the bakery, but together they found a way to redo the cake while being coached through the phone by the bakery manager who’s name should also be included also. When I tell you we were very satisfied with the effort and compassion they showed to make things right. This by far is my best customer service experience. I love you all. When I asked to use the bathroom I was told to pee on the ground outside by the cashier.Update; a good friend was very upset by this situation and went to speak to the manager, apparently that wasn't store policy so the cashier will be spoken to.”

“This is such a tricky review, because I've used this Walgreens pharmacy for years. I dread going, but only because of the other customers. Impatience and rudeness does not suit anyone well. With that said, this pharmacy definitely can be really hard to get in and out of, drive through as well, even if you've gotten a text that you have something for pickup. I think a lot of it has to do with it being in such an accessible and popular location. I don't think it reflects on the pharmacists or other staff. The location itself drives me crazy as it's as far north I normally travel on Woodward, so exiting with a southbound destination in mind always feels like chalk scraping on a chalkboard. I think it's a good place. My medications i pick up are always available and ready, it's the wait at certain times of day. It's a hassle, but so is being alive lol. Please take that to heart, being alive is a hassle and you're at a pharmacy. The pharmacy staff and main door checkout staff are nothing but lovely, it's the other assholes in line that can be annoying above and beyond a wait time.I do think that this Walgreens pharmacy is busier than most. but I still put up with it because the Walgreens staff is great and the location works. Bring a book or something, and stop expecting immediate gratification wherever you go.”

“I LOVE this pharmacy. They can fill a script in 20 min if you’re in a rush. Typically I’ll call in the morning and let them know I’ll be there around lunch and it’s always ready for me. They always have what I need, I get a text when it’s ready and if there is any problem they let me know so I can get it fixed asap. There is no drive thru but I don’t mind that. They have such cute vendor stuff in there I love looking around. I get candles and scent diffusers there allllll the time because they have ones that smell so amazing. Kids toys, crystals, hats, cool sunglasses. They all deserve the biggest raise. ??”
