When I arrived I checked in I had an appointment. It still took an hour and 10 minutes to be seen. I could not find a set of frames to choose from. So I use my old frames my price for just lenses was $1,000 dollars for my old sht frame to be used and two new lens. So I walk out and got two frames and two sets of scripts for just under 250.00

Great experience. Staff was so friendly and patient. Nita was awesome as she assisted me in choosing the best frames for me. I’d definitely recommend Pearl Vision for anyone’s eye care.

Very nice selection of frames and I really just love Mrs.Anita she always make sure I have the right frames and lenses. The eye doctor make sure I have the proper eye exam and make sure I stay on top of things. She is very helpful when it comes to explaining the changes inmy eyes and she always make me feel very comfortable.

I’ve been an existing costumer of this location for a few years now, my wife recently made her first ever eye exam and was pressured into purchasing frames immediately following the exam by the sales team. When she mentioned that she would come back another time and wasn’t ready to purchase yet the pressure continued. She mentioned that she would come back with me (her husband to help her decide) and the sales person said “call him” or “send him a photo” to help you decide. My wife mentioned that I was at work and that she would just come back another day. It was at this point that the sales member took over and decided to continue pressuring to make a sale. Ultimately my wife ended up buying frames but instantly regretted it. The blame and fault is on both sides, but in the end having sales members pushing and pushing isn’t the way to make a good sale / good customer experience. Less than 12 hours later (next morning at opening 9am) I called the store to cancel the order and explained the situation. I made sure to note blame on our end having caved to the sales pressure, but ultimately wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. The manager called back and said they wouldn’t issue a refund as it wasn’t policy and it was noted on the receipt. Aside from the sales pressure, beware of this store targeting your insurance if it’s good, they’ll up sell you on everything to get the most from your insurance and you’ll still end up paying a lot out of pocket.You might’ve made the sale, but by not working with us afterwords you’ve just lost two customers. I would recommend this location for the good eye doctors, just avoid the sales team trying to make top sales / commissions at any cost.I’ve contacted corporate to escalate and get resolve.

This is my second year coming here and both times have been great experiences. It’s easy to book appointments, even same day. The entire staff including the front desk, the doctor and eyeglass fitting, are extremely warm, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this location!

The team that work at this location are warm and friendly, while being professional and skilled. I’ve had great experiences with eye exams, contact fittings and eye glass purchases for both my kids and myself. Most recently I brought in a pair of sunglasses that got terribly bent up and they were so kind and helpful. They got them back in shape with good humor and great assistance. Thank you!

I recently went to the Royal Oak location and purchased a pair of eyeglasses. I can say that the staff is professional the eyewear is terrible. I can't see out of the lenses. I had the first pair replaced and still with the new lenses I cannot see. I can't read through the near vision, the far vision is distorted, the middle lenses are not functional for me either. What a waste of money and insurance coverage. I thought that the new glasses would improve my quality of life, no such thing occured.

I had an issue with my contacts and they saw me on short notice. Praise to the hiring manager of this practice. When I was sent a link to fill out paperwork and had an issue, they called me right away to sort it out. These ladies see trouble and they shoot it down and work it out. Like immediately and with kindness. When I got there I was checked in right away by another friendly lady. There was an issue with my insurance and they sought out every resource available to them to sort it and did. She did this while I was being seen by the doctor (no wait for the dr, btw!). Doctor was extremely thorough, patient, understanding. The lady who checked me out for my contacts was having some trouble with the system (I believe she was new) and everyone was quick to assist her and showing grace to her co-worker while simultaneously noticing it was taking a long time for me and hoping to expedite.Had three separate issues that at any other place would have certainly been hours of annoyed time to assist. Was out in about an hour which sometimes is not the case even when there is nothing weird happening! Can't stress enough what a team of solid people they have constructed. I appreciate it!! I will come back!

Be very aware that the new owners of this franchise do not care about their customers at all. I had an annual appointment scheduled, and that was scheduled a year in advance. I showed up on time to my appointment to be told that they were under new management and my appointment had been cancelled. I received zero communication regarding the cancellation, and the desk staff treated me as if I was d*** and that it was my fault I did not receive a confirmation text. The desk staff then offered to schedule an appointment when the doctor came in for the morning but was very quick to tell me it would "push their books" once again making it my fault. I highly caution against this office under the new ownership, very unfortunate as this office was a pleasure to go to for years.
