Enjoying some great mushroom soup today. It was busy but not a long wait for food or to checkout. First time here and am impressed!

Purchased soup & 2 butter pecan cookies for a carry out at RO Beaumont location. Soup was only so-so (personal preference), and the cookies were so stale I could hardly break them in half.

A 3 for replacing the crackers in the grape/cheese/salami trays to go with stale saltine crackers (and only two packs). Bring back the previous crackers used.

Papa Joes is well organized and well established catering resource and is generally quite delicious! The platters are works of art. The one item we have found not to be to our liking is anything with grilled chicken. It just has an odd, artificial smoke taste. We've tried it in 2 different dishes and it is consistently off tasting. The servers are professional, efficient and helpful. The set up crew is timely, but really didn't do much beyond drop off other than provide greenery for us to garnish the buffet ourselves. Communication for scheduling can be a challenge, but worth the effort. Overall, they do a very good job!

Very strategically placed in the hospital so workers, patients, and families will definitely flock to this place to grab something to eat. Also, being situated in a relatively stressful environment, this place is definitely the go-to for all the stress eaters in the building. They have ready-made salad and cold wraps, boxed Chinese/Thai, Mediterranean bar, sushi options, soups, and ready-made meals. The meals were a bit pricey in my opinion, but they do taste good so I would sometimes treat myself, especially on the weekend. I would recommend their flank steak or Moroccan salmon. The red-skinned grilled potatoes made great sides. For soup, I recommend the Chili Chicken. In addition, they have extensive snack options from protein bars, candies, nuts, chocolates, cookies, and muffins. Definitely a life-saver for those trying to save lives although I do agree some stuffs are a bit overpriced

Issue of no service is related to Beaumont Hospital policy. Changed review. Food here is high quality and unique. Very diverse menu and fresh all the time. Great personnel. Prior to the implementation of Beaumont's policy, Papa Joe's helped us keep our sanity as my daughter battled cancer for sixteen weeks and endured six surgeries at Beaumont. Wish there were more locations in Commerce area.

I come here a lot. They always have food that makes me happy and it's fresh. I like how I can get a variety of things within a hospital settingwith Japanese, Mediterranean and American meals. Their soups are real good too. My go to s here: 1. Poke bowl at the Japanese stations always a crowd pleaser 2. Chicken sharwmama sandwich toasted! With extra garlic butter!! 3. Make it a meal from the everyday selection: be it vegetarian or meats it's the main with 2 sides. My favorite side when they have it is the saffron curly flower is a must! If that's there please do yourself a favor and get this. Desserts wise: the chocolate chip cookies - it's a must!!
