This is the third time we've brought our cars here. Brad called with updates when he said he would, every time. He let us know about potential issues to look out for without a doomsday speech... and oil changes without the up-sells. Workmanship was great, and guaranteed for a year. Definitely endorse.

The most reliable shop in town. When my work van broke down, I called multiple places to get a quote for repairs and Morrisette was the only one willing to take a look at it despite their workload. They inspected and repaired the issue on the same day while I was working, and my van was ready to go before the day was over. Another time after my car got stolen, I took it into Morrisette to get it inspected and they provided a thorough report on the current state of my car. In my experience, Customer service has always been a 10/10, I have never had any issues with their craftsmanship, and they are always willing to take on new work. I highly recommend Morrisette Automotive for any of your automotive needs and will definitely be back for routine service!

I took my truck in this week for service and the folks at Morisette were able to check the diagnostics same day. Due to the nature of the problem I picked my vehicle back up, but Morisette provided a report at no charge. I felt this was a very reputable and honest business. Much appreciated.

It's rare i feel i can give 5 star positive feedback on auto repair facilities but Morisette has definitely earned it. They are polite, they explained everything clearly, plus i was called with updates and a few minor issues that came up and still came away with about a $300-400 savings I'd been quoted elsewhere. I now have a reliable and trustworthy establishment to service my vehicles where i feel comfortable and confident of the service I'll receive. Thank you Morisette !

The owner is very kind and patient. I don't know a ton about cars, but the few times I've been there he's always been a good listener when I try to explain my issues and is honest about the work that needs to be done. No unnecessary up-selling. Prices are very fair and work is quick. Recently, I mistakenly accused the owner of a repair being done incorrectly, and he politely pointed out after pulling up my receipt that he had not done that repair for me. I was very embarrassed after I realized the repair I was complaining about was done at a different shop, but he was extremely nice about it. I will absolutely be returning for any repair I need in the future (hopefully not soon?)!

They don't seem very detail oriented.Asked for full synthetic, and got synthetic blend.Asked for a Napa gold filter, and got a lower quality Proformer.Invoice says I have a Focus, and I have a Fusion.No mileage entered on the invoice.Communication left some to be desired as well...had to call for updates.
