Do not get loan through them. They have been nothing but difficult from the start. And still months later we still have issues. Having to go back to the bank multiple times. And then they get thier numbers wrong. And that's literally thier job is with numbers.

Posted this on one other branch but decided to post one more so people might get an idea of what being a customer might be like.I would have just posted on their Main Branch but I haven’t figured out if they have a Main Branch. Regardless, I have no issue with the employees I’ve dealt with but friendly employees does not make up for the complete and total FAIL that is their online banking system.MGSCU as a whole is the worst financial institution I have ever used. They make it near impossible to make loan payments. Their website and horrible app are completely antiquated and way too difficult to use. I have tried every avenue they offer for support and all they can ever say is,”sorry. There is nothing we can do.”They require you to give everything but your first born to retrieve your username or your password if you forget. I have a small used car loan and they require more authentication than my mortgage, investment, pension and Social Security logins combined.EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to make a payment it finds a way to prevent me from doing so. I have attempted to pay my loan for weeks at a time…EVERY TIME. I am NEVER late on a payment, and I have now been late on this vehicle six months in a row because of their terrible online banking.I went with them because the dealership, Suburban Auto group made it easy. I assure you, the only easy part about MGSCU is acquiring the debt. I assume Suburban and MSGCU must be heavily affiliated and probably owned by the same people. There is NO WAY that ANY company would use or recommend MSGCU unless there was some serious money in it for them. Look elsewhere.

The one in Sterling Heights never gives me any issues, I went to this bank because I was in the area. The teller “David” was extremely miserable not helping my needs at all. Even said the amount in my bank account out loud. He was terrible.

I had the best customer service experience when I went to this MSGCU branch. Vivian Sweiss helped me and she was delightful. She was very professional, personable, and made me feel comfortable. She was patient and explained all my options with great detail. Vivian rocks!

Not a shred of respect for small business...they hold your money just when needed so costing members contracts and forcing lay-offs...They hold yours but won't let their money be put on hold
