literally... how do you mess up 50% of an order? got a shake instead of a mcflurry, missing food out of the happy meal, forgot the drink and the sauce. Everyone was all grumpy too.This location sucks. and the toy is from 2022! How is this place still open?

If short of help, don't let that affect quality of food or service. First, I ordered on Kiosk, paid, and then got number for table. Went to riskier on placed number on table top. Waited. Eventually I hear them repeat yelling a number very loud. I looked at my receipt and it was my receipt number. Okay, not bringing it to Table. I asked counter employee about not bringing it to Table and got very stern look. Okay, realized the was no lemonade or chocolate milk for kids meal. Asked for it. Another look. But then they gave it to me. Went to Table. Started eating and then saw there was no French fries in kids meal. Went back and got the fries. Sat down. Fries were luke warm. Hamburger was as I ordered. That's good. Not going back to that McDonald's.

Only have been to this location because it's so close to where we live. But I'm officially not going to this location any longer. I've given them more chances I'd like to admit, and only go when my kids ask. But never again. Tonight was the final straw. The staff is unprofessional and they truly just don't care about the people or the job. Tonight i ordered an orange juice with my toddler's happy meal. Didn't realize flies were on the menu too. No thanks, y'all!! I'm done

Waiting for a cashier to help me. No one at front desk. Staff too busy talking about birthday parties. Waited a good ten minutes and no one helped

The most unprofessional staff! Went through the drive thru Sunday night around 830. When I pulled up, no one ever came on the other end. Had like two cars pull thru the other side and get helped, but no one ever came over the inside lane. Tried asking if there was anyone there, but only heard voices from the other lane and then they had the gall to tell me I'm wasting their time and I can get out of the drive thru and they won't serve me from the other lane while no one was in it. If you aren't going to serve customers from one lane, block it off so people don't waste their time.

Super fast service. They just aren’t open at 5am as listed. I’ve tried to drop by there before 6am 3 different times and the drive thru tells me they are currently closed.

If you order from the app, be careful. If you order at all from this location, just be cautious.This location CONSISTENTLY does not have the food or completely messes up orders and then acts like they can’t give refunds. I was given half my order one time and the manager told me I had to deal with it in the app, despite the app saying refunds are handled at the location you ordered from.This isn’t a once or twice issue, but has happened many times over the last few months. This is a location we come to out of convenience, but it’s very clear now that there is no convenience in the food always being wrong or missing and the managers always wanting to be difficult in rectifying it.

I ordered with my free points 4 separate meals and this location only gave me one of them. One of the orders was a frappe and the machine was broken so I asked to substitute the frappe for fries which then they told me to use the app to claim the points which does not exist for circumstances like this. This means the manager lied to me so I called the location again and he again lied to me telling me there is a number to contact on the app which there is not. Another lie. I know this is McDonald’s and you never expect correct service but this was robbery from McDonald’s and a complete lack of respect for another human being. This restaurant may be cheap and quick but their manager is a liar and they stole from me. What stops them doing the same to you?

20 minute wait on a mobile order with curbside pickup. If they couldn’t handle curbside service they should have disabled the option from the app for that location. I have seen other locations do that so I know it’s possible. Food was cold when I finally received it. The employee who handed me the food was rude and unapologetic. I won’t be returning or recommending the 14 Mile Rd location.

Of all the local McDonald’s in Metro Detroit this is one of the better run ones. Food is always good staff for the most part are pretty nice and service is quick.

Keep driving! This location is the worst. I just went through the drive through for my meal. The fries were stone cold so I parked and went in. Luckily I also checked my burger as it was also cold. I asked them to be remade. The burger was remade. He announced that is a as ready but the person working looked at him and kept walking so it sat there for 5 minutes while she restocked bags, talked to coworkers and wandered back and forth. She finally got my fries and burger in a bag, but on her way to give to me stopped again to chat with a coworker. I ate fries on the way home, they were warm, but got home to discover the burger was a mess. The big Mac had so much sauce on it it completely covered and made the middle bun soggy and shredded. The patties were barely warm (I only live a mile away from the restaurant). AWFUL quality of product and the service is so disinterested. I wouldn't go back if I was starving! Save yourself, go somewhere else!!
