I'm really disappointed with this business, especially after having high hopes about the new ownership. I ordered a bed frame by Blu Dot through them several weeks ago and now, despite multiple calls that I've placed, no one will bother to return my call or provide any information. It's been a true hassle. First, I went to the store during their "business hours" and a sign was on the door , "be back at 1:30 PM". I waited until 2:00 PM. No one arrived. I returned a few days later. and was told the bed would be in "next week" That came and went and I called and was told the bed would be in on "Monday" and they would call me "in a few minutes" to advise about delivery set up. That call never came. I then called them the following week and repeatedly got a recording despite the store being advertised as open. No one responded to the message that I had to leave. I called again this morning and finally someone answered the phone. I asked when my bed would be delivered and the response I got was, "I don't know, call back in a few hours and talk to the owner". I then inquired if the bed was even in at this point and again, "I don't know talk to the owner". Well, I've now called three times after waiting a few hours as suggested by the person who received my call and all I got was the recording again. I've left another message and doubt I'll get a call back. Meanwhile, I'm in at about $2,000 for this bed. I'm beyond fed up at this point and will likely be calling the manufacturer of the bed Blu Dot directly. This is no way to run a business. No customer service whatsoever. This is a boutique store. Not big box. The advantage is supposed to be excellent customer service. I'm not getting anything close.

Nida and her team helped me design my dental office and I couldn't be happier. They also helped me finalize my business logo when I was struggling with my web designer. Her taste is on point and I get daily compliments on my office. I'm a root canal specialist and I had a vision for my office that centered on calm and welcoming but also tasteful and unexpected beauty. Nida nailed it. I love my office so much and I'm so proud of how it turned out. I think all the negative reviews are from the previous owner because she did a great job for me.

Staff not attentive to incoming/ new customers. When I walked in all staff (3) was huddled around their workstation talking amongst themselves. After viewing their floor stock 2 times I left, not to be greeted or asked if I needed help once. Do not shop here. Many other companies that specialize with furniture in the same space that have much better interest in your needs and will be attentive to a possible future customer.

I went to Italmoda today and reviewed their creative furniture collection which is very impressive. I did pick up some chairs for the office (but could be used in the home as well). Nice show furniture.

I did not purchase any furniture from them due to there lack of customer service. I am fully aware that most places are short staffed and have low inventory, however, they didn’t try to get a sell from us. They just gave us brochures and pretty much sent us on our way. We definitely weren’t welcomed there. I don’t want to make an assumption but I’m guessing we didn’t look like the people they wanted to service.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNNECESSARY HASSLE! My biggest regret now is not reading the previous bad reviews stating to NOT do business with Italmoda. From the day I ordered it took about 13 months to receive all of my furniture, with issues in between. The owner does not return phone calls, most times no one picked up at the store either. Completely unexpected, disreputable, and unethical from what is considered a high end store. During the 13 month process I have sent messages consistently asking about my furniture, no clear response if I even get a response. At one point I sent a message to owner stating I will dispute the credit card charge, still no response. If you do not want to feel cheated and robbed, do not do business with Italmoda. Her employee completely disrespectful as well. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Nida is a sweetheart! She met with me on weekends and on short notice. I greatly appreciate all her help! She worked with my budget and her taste in colors is amazing. We are so happy with the outcome! Thank you Nida!!

A friend of ours hired an interior decorator for a new home they built across the bay from us. Two reading lamps were purchased along with other items from Ligne Roset, which were beautiful by the way. Unfortunately one of the lamps was knocked over and globe was broken. In our search to replace it, we found out that it was a unique item and limited number were made and couldn’t be replaced. I do love their merchandise because it’s not something you see everywhere. We called Ligne Roset and we were helped by Peter who searched their warehouse to find similar globes to match the remaining one of the pair. I can’t say enough about his dedication to customer needs. It turns out that one of the two globes he sent us matched and looks great! Not many people would go to the trouble to help on that level. It took communication back and forth to have them locate something compatible and have shipped so quickly. I can’t say enough about Peter’s dedication to Ligne Roset and it’s customers. I will definitely share my experience and highly recommend! Five stars for Peter!

This location moved recently to Woodward and its awesome. They have their own parking and it's easier to get to. They have gorgeous furniture and one of a kind stuff. They are very helpful and have great taste. They have gorgeous lighting. Ask for Nida she's great.
