The cashiers got upset when I challenge the price difference on my receipt. The price I was charged didn't reflect the price on the menu, the menu price was 7.99, I was charged 9.19 for a five piece wing ding due to a price increase on chicken I was told and It's a sign up somewhere.

Id I could give negative stars it would be -100000 As a server in the industry for years I am the most understanding being understaffed and stressed but when I order food and then 5 minutes later I hear a server express out loud that the food is disgusting inedible and that she and I quote "wouldn't feed it to her dogs" I find that quite concerning. I've been to many Leo's and had a wonderful experience but this and this alone will cause me to never visit another one again. And I advise you to never and I mean never visit this establishment ever again if you want to eat food again I wouldn't even take your pets here by what I've heard.

Arrived at 6am for breakfast on Nov 13 21.The place was empty besides one other customer. I placed my order, then it took almost 20 minutes to get coffee. then 40 mins later I was served my food incorrect and burnt. I dont think she was listening to me at all. Walked out. have a nice day, but im still hungry. grrr.

Pretty bad. I work in a restaurant, and so I understand how things are right now, co workers either calling in, not showing up on time, or just not having enough people to work at all. We had a server, she was the only one in there, and lots of tables sitting waiting to be greeted. We waited about 15 minutes, food came but was incorrect, cold, and we never received silverware. We were never checked on again afterwards. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, my 3 year old son even asked me why it was so dirty. The owners should be embarrassed, also to put your associates in a position where they are working alone and stressed out- people yelling at them when they actually showed up for work. It’s pointless to be open, I saw two tables walk out, you’re losing business quickly and the entire restaurant needs to be cleaned, it’s gross. Good luck to you, I do hope things improve for you with some effort.

Just left there a few hours ago. Was out with some friends to see a movie and decided to stop by and grab a quick drink and when I walked in to the register there was this woman with dark black hair who claimed she was the manager looking to hire more employees. There were 2 white guys in front of me and they were having a conversation with her. I sat there for at least 5 minutes waiting for somebody to acknowledge that I was there. Not even surprised she didn't say 1 word to me (since I'm black) so I left and ended up getting 2 free drinks next door at Blaze Pizza anyway. Glad I didn't spend my money here.

I have no idea how this location is still in business. It's absolutely filthy for starters....obviously not mopped regularly, trash strewn everywhere, smells like sewage in the back hallway. That should have been a red flag for me right away but I had a hungry family to feed and just wanted to grab some takeout real quick. Long story short I waited 40 min for food and it wasn't even that busy. The cashier was miserable and was just fighting with the "cook" non stop. Food sat in the window for long period of time cause no one had any idea what was happening. Of course I got home and food was cold, soggy, order wrong, etc. I felt sick to my stomach that I spent money there. Ok top of it all, prices are jacked up so for two chicken pitas, two KIDS chicken strips, and mozzarella sticks it was somehow $57?!?! At a coney?! Just absurd. This location needs to be shut down ASAP.

I'm a huge fan of Leo's...sadly, this location must be on very hard times. It was hard to find a clean table. After sitting down and getting a glass of water, I grabbed a few napkins and a dab of water to clean the table. The napkin was covered in brown dirt after just a couple short swipes. I got up to go to the ladies' room and found enough dirt and grime to qualify this as an unattended truck stop bathroom! It kept getting worse and worse...seems the dishwasher is on the fritz as the silverware and plates all had stuck on food. YIKES! After checking the greasy table menu...I gave up and left. If the customer areas are so filthy - imagine what the kitchen must look like!! Stay away - at least for now.

Wow, this place has gone to hell.... haven't been here in years, stopped in for a quick bite, so disappointing. Chili was watered down. Pita was stale. And my wife had a GIANT hair in her ranch dressing cup. So disgusted. Ownership/management should be ashamed at the quality this location has degenerated to.

Literally the worst late night restaurant visit I’ve ever experienced. Came in after a wedding reception and bar hopping, around 2AM, after confirming with the website that they are open 24 hours. We waited in line for 15 minutes, only to be next in line & told “the cooks aren’t making any more food, we’re closed & you came in after we closed” Why did no one say a word to us when we stood in line for 15 minutes? The snotty girl working the cash register than proceeded to shut the lights off in the restaurant, while patrons were still finishing their meals. Absolutely atrocious service and attitudes from these employees that will prevent me from ever supporting this establishment.

As a Royal Oak resident Leos Coney Island is the staple in my diet especially on the weekends specifically because they're open 24/7. But unfortunately these guys fail to get the simple things right. A simple request for a big breakfast with grilled toast and crispy hash browns is always a letdown. I'd be content with broken yolks when I ask for over medium but asking for grilled toast and getting toast with a dab of melted butter and no evidence of grilling whatsoever is unacceptable. Not to mention the fact that I asked for crispy hash browns and these hash browns are dry and basic. No butter or oil was used in the production of these hash browns. I don't think I would have left this review if the woman who picked up the phone wouldn't have been so rude. The first thing she said when I picked up the phone is do you have a name. When I called in I had a general question before I decided to show up. However, when I arrived she was friendly. Anyway, the main focus for me is the food. Leo's, let's look up a YouTube video on how to grill toast so we can keep our customers happy ?

It was the worst. They were more concerned about filling delivery orders (Uber eats/GrubHub) rather than handling the customers in the restaurant. Mediocre service. Employees standing around. Party of six. Food came out for two, 10 minutes later another two got their meal and then 20 minutes after that the last two guests got their meal (after everyone else was finished). Won't go back.
