24 hour overdraft grace is a lie. I would recommend to NOT use this bank. Also, the neon green handles should be for a night club, not a bank.

Poorly staffed location and very awkward physical planning of the branch. As a pedestrian you literally have to dart between cars to use the atm in the car lane (the only one) and the staff won't help you instead process a withdrawal at the counter, they tell you that's just how you have to do it. Ridiculous.

The staff here is so friendly when I go here my problem is the website shows that this location is open on noon on Saturday and I drove all the way here only to find that it was closed. Very inconvenient and a waste of gas.

I wouldn’t come here if you are in a rush. Only person in the drive threw and i waited 15 min. Rang the call button and they told me there was people ahead of me, that’s fine but i see people standing in the window. They were friendly. I just won’t come to this bank when I’m in a rush.

We had a very poor customer service experience at this branch. We made an appointment for today with a banker to change our business account information. There was a problem with their scheduling system, so we were double booked.We are a high dollar client, but no attempt was made at any accommodations to correct the problem and take care of us. We were simply rescheduled for a week later after being told they didn't have enough time to handle our business.We don't have the kind of time to schedule a second full hour appointment simply to open an account.

The staff seem confused and under trained yet kind. The computer system seems to be down or at least very slow. I was told different information than what I was told when I called the Huntington mainline regarding automatic payments of my credit card balance from another bank.

The manager all the way to the tellers are wonderful. I had an issue with a "bill pay" for taxes on a property I manage. It never reached the City of Saint Clair Shores (or it did and SCS lost it). Regardless, you guys handled it wonderfully. Huntington is the best business bank and they truly care at this branch.

I have some security concerns with employees at this branch. Arrived Friday to "make a couple of wires" (attorney and broker ). Cassandra and a suspicious "trainee" barely said a word to me while I sat, trying to make small talk due to the awkwardness of the "deafening " silence. Rather than initiate transactions, both seemed to be viewing details unrelated to my visit and printing them in another room. When I began to express my frustration with their odd, disturbing, and unprofessional behavior, Cassandra finally spoke to me "why are you paying a lawyer before he has finished working for you?" HUH? WHA??? I won't waste my more of my time and energy here reliving the ensuing RIDICULOUS 45 minutes of my life I'll never get back- except to say I myself have worked in the financial services industry for 3 decades. Cassandra ultimately said "I'm not comfortable with this, I'm not doing anything for you". NO KIDDING ! 5 minutes before close, on a rainy Friday and after thursday's bank holiday. There is something more unsettling about Cassandra and her "trainee" than merely not resolving my banking errands effectively or efficiently here : the majority of the "visit " was spent with Cassandra "teaching " the trainee how to view sensitive information not only in my account, but any other accounts they can access through activity not remotely related to my request for the (small) retainer or brokerage trading (both having histories she didn't care to view/retrieve ). I don't believe these employees have been properly screened (credit checks, criminal background checks, education etc) before being allowed access to ALL of our sensitive personal data. Their actions seemed more suspicious to me than simply following industry safeguards.
