Unfortunately the cashiers aren't professional enough to mention their rewards program or give cutomers a second to sign up (via text process)1/4/24 Update: After mentioning my bad experience while checking out, a manager reached out to me and indicated they provided customer service training to the cashier Interacted with. This is a big deal to me because it shows management cares about the customer experience and listen to customers feedback.”
“My first time at this store I walked there with my two kids and was a little short on money to get them both the "fancy" $3-4 drinks they picked.. But the man behind the counter rung us up for exactly what I said I had- not even close to what the total *should have* been! I actually cried a little bc of our current situation.. Which of course is rough- then my 12yr old son hugged me starting to tear up as well and the man handed them each a 2nd bottle of their fancy juice "on the house"! ❤ I can't even put into words how grateful we all are for this random act of *TRUE KINDNESS* and total love! That man was our Angel that day and 5 stars aren't enough!”

“Yesterday I went in to pick up my cake order and it looked like it was dropped and I was furious at first but I accepted mistakes happen. It seemed as my son’s party would be without a cake due to it being a special order. When I tell you Tammie, Renee, and Kathy demonstrated what customer service is. They found away to save the day two of them weren’t even from the bakery, but together they found a way to redo the cake while being coached through the phone by the bakery manager who’s name should also be included also. When I tell you we were very satisfied with the effort and compassion they showed to make things right. This by far is my best customer service experience. I love you all. Thank you for the best customer service possible!!!!!”

“I absolutely love shopping at this Kroger store. It's clean, well organized, usually well stocked and offers great clearance items periodically. However, there is another reason that I enjoy shopping here and that is the pleasant employees who work there. One in particular, Karen, in the deli/cheese area, is absolutely amazing! She is aways cheerful & extremely helpful, greeting me with a smile and asking if she can help me find anything. It's not usual for me to purchase more than I intended to, as she points out special deals that I may not have noticed. She certainly sets the bar high for excellent customer service. I hope that the store manager reads these reviews & knows how lucky they are to have someone of this caliber representing Kroger.”
