If I could give a 0 star, I would. I’m extremely disappointed. After paying over $100 for a script that I needed pre surgery that was suppose to last me 10 days, I ran out on day 7… I even called the pharmacy telling them I will most likely run out before the allotted 10 days. The pharmacist was kind and assured me I would have plenty. The next day I ran out and it was a Saturday so the pharmacy was closed and my surgery was in 3 days. I am disappointed that I wasn’t given the correct dose after being charged so much and more over the stress of running out of something you were told you need to take until the day of surgery is even more upsetting.

This pharmacy is the best! Our prescriptions were previously filled at CVS, but the Village certainly is more reliable, professional and customer- care driven. Each experience is a good one, the staff is exceptional and goes above and beyond service patients. Thank you Rachel & Ryan!

HORRIBLE/HORRENDOUS service!!!! If there was another pharmacy closer that can make the compounded medication needed for my child I would not be going back here! Multiple times we were promised the medications mailed to us since they are over an hour away and our work schedules didn't coincide with their business hours. Each time I had to request last minute time off because they never mailed it like they promised and offered to do. For some reason the pharmacist would return it and nobody could answer why. We had to call to find out that each time it wasn't sent.

This place is the only pharmacy I trust. Staff pleasant, knowledgeable. Pharmacist answers all questions even encourages you to call from home for any worries. They recognize me and address people by name. Very friendly atmosphere. The best pharmacy ever.

A month ago, I would have given this pharmacy 5 stars. But they will not fill my pain med prescription unless I move ALL my prescriptions here, including my mail-order 90 day supply pills. I do understand that it's not fair to only fill pain meds here because they are the only pharmacy I've found that even carries it. And I would be willing to move all my meds that the pain specialist gives me here. But I'm on disability and need the cost savings that the 90 day mail order supply company offers through Medicare. I pay for 2 months worth and get a month free. So, I'll be looking for a new pharmacy.

Personable staff, knowledgeable, and willing to take the extra time when necessary. Working with their staff goes beyond supporting the "small business." Walgreens needs to learn a few things from this place about how a real pharmacy functions. It's amazing when you can actually get an answer about your medication without the typical "ask your doctor " response.
