FedEx conveniently located in Royal oak. Lots of parking space in the back. Smooth drop off location.

It’s fine. The staff wasn’t especially friendly but they were efficient, and I got my package quickly. I was able to find parking but the lot is small and I could see it being an issue. The store itself follows the corporate model, looking the same as the others.

I ship prepaid packages from this location often. The staff here are friendly, helpful, and quick with scanning packages and giving a printed receipt. The parking is in the rear of the building with plenty of spaces. The first 15 minutes are free. Lastly, this location doesn't have a self scan kiosk.

Came here on a 3/18/23 at 3:30 pm. Store was closed with no notice or anything. Don’t waste your time.

0 stars actually!!!!!! Rude so called "store manager". Walked into this location to print some things but needed assistance. I had to greet her for acknowledgment, even then she got super smart with me. Didn't care to do anything apparently. Literally just stood there looking stupid ! I had to give the same energy and inconvenience myself by going to a different location to avoid the ignorance.

Don't use this store. I stood in line for 20 minutes. There was one worker on site. I explained that I'm returning equipment from AT&T, and the store is a designated equipment dropoff. The employee says she doesn't know how to do that. She walks away from the counter for five minutes. When she returns, she says she still doesn't know. She didn't ask me to leave, but it was clear that it was my only option.Don't use this store. It's a waste of time.

I went here two hours before the stated closing time. The open sign was on. A sign on the door read we'll be back at 3:45pm. It was 3:50pm. The woman inside came and erased the 3:45pm sign and said they won't be back open until 4:15pm. When I asked why she said it's because they are on lunch. I understand that everyone needs to eat throughout the day but it seems that a business should be able to figure out how to have its employees stagger their lunches so that customers can actually rely on the stated business hours. Unacceptable business practices and customer service.

The employee behind the counter was extremely rude. Do not recommend this location unless you enjoy terrible customer service. She did not want to do basic functions of the role like scanning a package...

I really like going here. They are always helpful with my print projects I bring in and all my shipping needs. I’ve had especially good experiences with both Levi and Rahsheenah. Everyone is friendly and professional!

The absolute worst customer service. Laughing at you and telling you they won’t pick up your boxes to move them to weigh or ship them. Watch out for the folks that work there they laugh at you and talk about you in front of your face.

I went here for passport photos --- I had to go back a second time for new photos because they did a horrible job the first time and the photos were rejected. Turns out even the second set were not acceptable. (As a side note- this is an incredibly gross store - not clean and very very dated with stained carpet-- FedEx needs to update this location or close it)

The employee behind the counter could not have been more rude. It was like it was an extreme inconvenience for me to be there expecting them to help me ship something. It doesn't take much to be polite.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a longtime. Totally treated me like I was inconveniencing them to have them help me. Worst part…the lady that helped me was titled Store Manager according to her name tag. Very disappointed
