They called me as soon as they had a vehicle for me which was much appreciated as mine was pretty much totalled in a car accident. I was in and out very quickly and Brett was very nice and professional.

I had a great experience at the Royal Oak Enterprise. Excellent customer service. Particularly impressed by Eric, though whole crew was great. Took great care of me. Got me great rental car. Drove me to get my car at the repair shop after I returned the rental.

Horrible! So i pick up my car at 3 didnt actually get the car until 3:30pm wasnt the truck i wanted but it was all they had. Guy told me to drop off at noon the next day i explained my contract gives me 24hr with the vehicle and i was taking my kids to soaring eagles so i wouldnt be back until 3 3:30! He said okay you can just take it too the location at the street and drop it off there. I said ok great, i left my car at the orginal enterprise location the same rep lead me there and gave me the rental to drive off in. Next day i call customer service to get a ride from the drop off location to my vehicle at tbe primary location. C.S told me i would be charged double for dropping off at a second location i said that ridiculous and after five minutes of back and forth she told me i would have to call the primary location to sort out my billing. I then explained i needed a ride back to my vehicle, C.S told me to catch an uber and hung up the phone. I was stranded with my four kids my youngest is five months. Ended up paying 40$ in an uber to go from 13 and woodward to 9 and Woodward to get to my vehicle. The day i picked up my car i waited in the rain outside for 35 plus minutes to get my vehicle even though i made reservations. The manager told me it was my fault because i had a 12 oclock reservations i asked well why no one called or emailed me to adk if i was still coming he said im trying to accommodate you. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THERE AGAIN

My experience renting a car was excellent. Eric was so kind, courteous and helpful. I've used this location repeatedly since 2007 and I've never encountered any problems!

Made a reservation over the phone for a truck for a pick up time in 30 minutes, and they assured me they have availability, and while I was on the way to pick it up, I get another call telling me that there are no trucks available. So I go and try to find a SUV instead, and while I saw they had some on the lot with Enterprise tags on them, the agent told me they don't have any, not that they're unavailable, no, there aren't at all, guess they just wanted me to get a car instead.Never again will I be dealing with them.

Was running late on rental called location they said no problem I could return car that night just put keys in drop box then I was charged for a next day with nobody mentioning I would be charged for a next day very bad business and communication definitely won’t be back to this location then the manager Brent seemed to didn’t care and appeared annoyed of me asking why I was charged for an additional day very horrible service!

I have been an Enterprise's customer for long time now! and I am very new with this location, the staff here are awesome! excellent customer service, the store manager Brent is very professional and helpful and I am also very pleased with his other staff members Eric and Drew! Very courteous! The bottom line, they do value their customers!Thank you all again for being at work during covid-19!

My vehicle broke down coming off the highway, the insurance company I have, has a discount on car rental, but that car rental(Hertz), would not accept debit card(with a Mastercard or Visa logo)I called ENTERPRISE, Enterprise was there for me, it's not surprising, The staff is Friendly, Courteous, Quick in having a vehicle to rent. Did I mention,I been renting cars from Enterprise since 1995, the only thing I was disturbed about, I did get the curbside service(smile), (the pickup from home to the office) Still I am will always be TEAM ENTERPRISE
