If your goal is to not have your script filled, this is the place! 4 times in a row, they've said a refill is ready and then we arrive to find out they can't fully fill it. So what do they do? Get you a partial fill the next day, then when you try to get the next fill, they don't even have enough for the rest of the first fill! This scenario has happened 4 times in a row, where they cannot fill the script. Even worse it's a controlled substance so you can't come in until 2 days before you run out, then they say, "we can get some in 3 days." The pharmacist cuts you off frequently, and he has trouble listening. Good luck!

Cashier went out of her way to make sure I took full advantage of my CVS receipt coupons.

I like this location because it's so much bigger than the one in downtown Royal Oak.I feel like they have more options for everything, make up, medicine and vitamins and whatever you need. They even have a large parking lot, despite it being off of Woodward. I feel like their CVS member card machine is always up and running, the one in Royal Oak is often broken and non-functioning.

I came in with one of those 40% off coupons, super excited to buy poison ivy meds. Those meds are super expensive and the coupons expire so quickly. When I got to the register, I was told that the poison ivy meds were on sale and therefore not eligible for the 40% off coupon. I hadn't seen any for sale tags on the shelf, and even double checked to see if I had missed them. It turns out that the staff hadn't put out the new sale tags yet because they were understaffed. Annoyed, I asked what the sale was, because maybe it could be worth it to buy more stuff to get the discount. But there were a 40+ sale tags, so we couldn't confirm a hundred percent what the actual promotion was for my product and how I could use it. The staff was really apologetic, but I'm so upset at CVS. I ran in here to quickly buy a few products, and then got stuck in the first world problem of torment by corporate promotions and coupons programs. The two stars are for the staff, negative stars for the corporate machine.
