this cvs pharmacy is absolutely INSANE they have only one goddamn pharmacist working the back counter and they have a line longer than the great wall of china, me and my gf came up here and when my girlfriend told him her info he just said there's nothing here, and then we checked and the prescription was sent, no way he wouldn't have it, we are now here waiting AGAIN for the same damn prescription, THEY NEED HELP OVER HERE. id give zero stars if i could

My pharmacist was extremely helpful and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. Checkout was fast and courteous. They were busy but extremely patient.

V inefficient Even with the appointment for Covid vaccinations we have to wait half hour before being addressedAfter that still wait...Staff not too pleasant.. in fact some out right rude.....I guess they don't have to account to anyone for their behavior!I can ignore the wait - if at least they are pleasant!!

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I hate coming to this one. Four people back there and they running this place like a DMV, they could all care less to be there.

Brought in a prescription from Beaumont across the street. I don't live in the area and had critical psych medications to be filled. I was told 2 hours. I returned 2 hours later and my scripts were clearly forgotten as they seemed surprised and found them right were they put them before. They then told me no problem 20 minutes. I waited again for 20 minutes came back in and then was told they didn't have time to do them tonight. 6 hours before they closed. I will fill them tomorrow where I live but they wasted 3 hours of my time waiting around in an area I don't live in. This after spending the day in the ER. Staff doesn't care and is lazy. Bottom line. Just tell me you don't want to do it and I could of taken it elsewhere but after wasting so much of my time all other pharmacies where closed. Ridiculous

When I arrived I waited in the drive through line but when I got closer to the front of the line there was a sign that said either lane could be used for prescriptions and the first lane was the only lane that could be used for COVID testing. So I pulled into the second lane. When I got to the spot there was a sign that indicated lane 2 wasn’t working. The pharmacy attendant got on the speaker and stated I needed to get back in line or go inside. Went inside to a line of 6 people where I waited. I understand everyone is short staffed but for the love of customer service fix your signage so your patrons (and staff that the frustration is being taken out on) don’t have to deal with this.

To whom it may concern, I wish to make it known that on Dec21st I had the misfortune of dealing with the rudest Pharmacy Tech ever. I was givena prescription and tried to fill it on TuesdayI was told by the clinic that issued thepaperwork I had everything I needed. The Pharmacy Tech (Young/Caucasian/ Female)said they needed more info. I was forced to drive back to the clinic which was not nearCVS. Once once again I was told that all the information was written with the prescription she asked me to have the CVS pharmacy tech call if there were any problems. At this point I have wasted approximately an hour and a half or something that should've taken five minutes if at all possible please retrain your pharmacy techs in filling Workmen's Compensation claims I was forced to go back to the original clinic and turn in my prescription there this was a very time consuming situation and it became personal I'm afraid between CVS and the clinic that issued prescription I was able to rest myself from the situation get my prescription filled at the clinic forcing me to drive back one more time and at this point I'm hoping that your tech can learn how to deal with workmen compensation compensation claims instead of putting on the client thank you very much and have a nice day on

I pretty much only ever shop exclusively for convenience items and pharmacy items at CVS, even though I am well aware their prices are higher than big box stores, it's for the convenience factor that we have to pay more here. The name itself lends you to believe it's priced to be of value, but that's their own opinion of value. This is a nicely organized store, it's big. Oddly situated by 13 Mile and Coolidge. The store is the same setup mostly as all CVS. It's easy to find what I am looking for, be it beauty products, some food essentials, greeting cards or vitamins. Often see an older gentleman seated right by the parking lot perimeter off of Coolidge. Do you know who I am talking about?

This review is about the pharmacy. My wife was discharged from Beaumont late so they called her scrips into CVS. I go in an hour later and the pharmacy is packed with only one guy working on everything. WTF? Seriously? I know it's COVID and everything, but you can find people to work if you pay them. I feel sorry for this poor dude. There are alerts from the drive thru and voicemails and people waiting in line for questions and appointments for COVID boosters at 11pm?!? Crazy s@&$

Absolute angels in store and pharmacy. Sure you get a dud once in a while or the line is almost the door. They are superior in customer service and always willing to help. I really appreciate everyone and don’t tell them enough. You guys are the best!
