Nothing but bad experiences at this location- after moving from Livonia and having nothing but great experiences at that location, I'm super disappointed. Every time I go inside the service is incredibly slow and the lady to my left, rude. Not to mention the atm is always down or not accepting cash deposits.

I recently started banking with Community Choice andWill Fenderson was the associate who set up my account. Not only was he able to answer all my questions with the knowledge, he answered with experience. It was very helpful to get insight from a teller around the same age, who has inquired the same things. He brings positive energy to this branch and they lucky to have him! Thanks Will!

After struggling with account creation at other financial institutions I came into CCCU and was able to get the help I needed from Will F! He was extremely nice and professional, I would highly recommend this bank and this branch!

We became members of Community Choice Credit Union about a month ago. It was seriously the best decision we have made! Don has been incredibly helpful throughout our time here. He is very personable and truly cares about us and his other clients. We opened up checking accounts, and were able to refinance my vehicle, which allowed us to save quite a bit money- We were able to just buy a second car! Thank you so much for everything, Don. I came to the branch at 12 and Crooks to open a business account. The new accounts rep was Will and he was delightful, knowledgeable and courteous. We opened the account without a hitch and I’m very satisfied with his service. Thanks Will for your exceptional service!

Power was down and there was a young man at the door explaining the mishap and letting you know deposit’s and withdrawal were still being excepted with a certain amount. Very pleasant as was the teller that did my transaction.

Edit: Latoya at Royal Oak really helped me out here. She helped remedy this situation as best she could and came up with a workable solution. They intend to change how they present paperwork to customers.Buyer beware: I called last summer to inquire about HELOC products. I had a variable rate at another bank and they offered a fixed, segmented type of HELOC with variable rates above the segmented portion of the loan. Perfect! Rates were going up, this made total sense. Transfer my money, sign the papers, good to go. Fast forward nine months and I get an alert that my payment isn’t covering what’s due. What’s going on? Oh, I have a variable rate and it’s been going up ever since I signed the loan! I call to inquire and it turns out my transferred amount of money was never segmented to a fixed rate! Apparently, I didn’t make it clear enough that I wanted my money at a fixed rate of interest. Who would ever NOT want a fixed rate while interest rates are going up!? Shame on me for not confirming this was done. Shame on this bank for not insuring their customers were receiving the best product available. There is not much they can do to fix this. The people were great at first, even took the time to try an upsell me on all of their other bank account products at the time of closing. But didn’t think to finalize segmenting my money to save me money. I’m going to move my money elsewhere for the same interest rate they are offering now. I know I will never come out ahead while borrowing money, but this mistake is going to cost me, big time.
