Came to open an acct with a huge check from a house sale. After waiting 10 minutes a woman comes over to tell me I'll have to wait about an hour. To make a deposit?I queried. She said they had 2 appointments coming in and no one else to help me !! That's crazy ! I left.

This was the worse racial profiling I experienced. The man that worked with me Anton was horrible. He made me answer many questions to get a signed notary document. He said my signature was not the same that I signed when I opened my account on the document that needed to be notarized. This was ridiculous. My account had fraudulent activity and my debit card was coming in the mail and I was able to tell him everything that was incorrect. I showed my license answered questions about my account and waited for 30 minutes to get this process done. He looked at my account and saw how much money was in there and was doubting that it was mine, and that I was doing the fraudulent activity. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! I am probably taken my accounts elsewhere.

Horrible. Will be closing my account. Holding a cashiers check for 7 days because “they have had fraudulent checks”. Discriminatory and Aileen the assistant manager (spelling of name may be off) was not helpful. Scheduled an appointment to close my account onece my check clears. Rude - don’t care about clients - and literally the worst client service. Going back to myCredit union where clients are taken care of. Please do not bank here. This location is also horrible.

I have had mixed experiences at this Bank of America. The first couple times I went in to the branch I needed a wire transfer to purchase a couple homes. The bank charges a $10 or $25 (I don't remember exact fee) wire transfer, I asked the bank to waive and the manager gladly did and congratulated me on the purchase and explained that they can waive the fee pretty much all the time. The most recent time I went in there was to purchase a vacant piece of land and needed to wire money, I asked to have the wire fee waived and was told that they would not. Mind you the amount of the transfer were less than homes were but still a high amount. The associate who helped me would not waive the fee at all and manager came over, did not recognize me and gave me a very hard time saying they do no waive fees.I asked to close my account with the bank and would like it closed out in cash, they said they would do it but it would have to be later that day but since it would be too much work for them they agreed to waive the fee.Also the Merrill Lynch rep (forget her name) is borderline harrasing. I told them I did not want to set an account up with them but constantly would be asked. One time I lost my BofA debit card and someone found it on their walk, they turned it into the bank for me, but then low and behold I get a phone call from the Merrill Lynch rep out of all people telling me to come up and see her and she has my debit card....really shady , not someone I would trust to invest with.I have been a customer of bank of America for 15 years , however with these experiences and the fact that there are many banks out there that will give you a much higher interest money market account, I have been slowly transferring all my money else where.

I like this branch. They do what they can, and you usually have some contact if waiting in line. I feel valued each time I go in.

I really regret opening an account here. You have to make an appointment online to be seen and half of the time, they still can't get what you need. All the while, they try to sell you on other services when they can't even perform the basics.

I came here on Saturday, September 17th., to get a cashiers check. The lady who took care of me (sorry I didn't get her name) Associate #705, was great! She was a little upset that she had to have me wait because she needed clearance, but I understood and had no problem waiting. But what surprised me is while I had to wait she continued to multitask and get other things done! I was very impressed with that. The manager came and got me going. Both ladies were polite and friendly. I was very happy with my visit.

With many branches closed, reduced hours at the branches that are open and about 10 people in line at all times, the very least BOA could do would be to turn the air conditioning up! Staff is nice but seriously.

We arrived at the Royal Oak location at about 2:40 pm. After waiting an hour for somebody to help us, we were told that they didn't have time to help us. Even though there were two men supposedly working, one of them was doing nothing except walking around the bank. It's a shame that this is how they treat their customers. Unfortunately for them, they will be losing all my accounts.

Someone from this location (which I've never been to and live an hour away from) stating they're an "employee relations manager" had called yesterday and also emailed me but did not state his business. I keep trying to call this location (4 times today alone) and can not get through, no one picks up. I have no idea why they would be contacting me as my local BOA is still currently open. I'm not sure exactly what an "employee relations manager" does, either. I emailed back yesterday asking what it was in regards to and no response. Super weird and frustrating..I might update my review if I ever find out what's going on.. my local branch has no idea..

I’m so sick of driving from one broken Bank of America atm to another. I have numerous business accounts and personal accounts with BOA and the next time I’m unable to deposit MY money in MY account because hours are shortened and ATMs don’t work will be the last time
