Got a urine drug test for school almost 2 weeks later and they haven’t sent my results and they don’t answer their phone.Very unprofessional.I wouldn’t let them take out my trash…that’s how incompetent they are

This place should be shut down for Fraud. They will lie about paternity results too if one party wants to pay them off. Don’t go here. The dirtiest place in royal oak . Nasty and I can imagine they have roaches. Lady at front desk is unprofessional, gossips about clients personal matters and a liar. This place is a joke.
