The best experience I’ve had. Very nice people, I got in and out in 1 day and they have all the new masks and machines!! I was going to Binsons till I heard of Sleep Source. This is my go to for now on!

I previously used HART Medical and found them to be unorganized and miserable people to work with. I am so glad I switched to Sleep source, they are responsive, and I receive assistance with a smile!!!!

Michelle was very knowledgeable and patient when she helped me with my new CPAP machine. She answered all of my questions, and told me what to do if I had problems. When I, indeed, had problems, she helped fix them for me.Denise was also a big help in solving my problems.I would highly recommend Sleep Source!!

First time using this therapy, and Michelle was so kind & patient & caring while explaining the process to me. With the shortage of CPAP machines, we were fortunate to find Sleep Source. They were awaiting a shipment within weeks when I reached out to them, not several months behind like Binsons. Michelle got us in within days of their shipment and went over everything clearly and thoroughly. We are very grateful for the quick turnaround, friendly service and great CPAP machines.

Can't get it right to save their own life. Orders are repeatedly wrong, the website log-ins and use are a dysfunctional mess that are as user unfriendly as I have ever seen. When you call them to discuss your issues with their system or incorrect order it's as though your talking to a wall. They understand nothing and you need to explain to them how their own system functions. Whoever wrote the software for their portal needs to go back to school and learn how to set-up a functional system. Save yourself the hassle with these people and just go to another DME provider, its not worth the continuous aggravation.

Sleep Source got me in for a same day fitting and let me take home my new machine that day! Michelle was amazing! She sat down with me for a full hour, let me choose my mask and went over every part of cleaning and using my new machine. I feel so prepared and excited to start sleeping well. I would highly recommend the sleep source location in Roseville!
