They stranded me at my appointment. I tried calling back and they leave me on hold for two hours. I call back three times, each time being told they are having trouble finding rides to pick me up. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Especially if they get you stranded at an appointment that’s a 30 minute drive down town and disabled. Absolutely uncalled for. The police had to drive me home and I am sobbing the whole time. I didn’t get home until 5pm and my appointment was at 9pm for only an hour.

I would think twice before using this service. On my way home from work, one of their drivers was driving very fast, tailgating and zigging in and out of traffic. When I tried to switch to the center lane to make a left tern, He was driving down the center lane very fact and almost hit me and the truck in front of him. I blew my horn and he flipped me off.

Safe-T has provided amazing service to our patients. The office staff are caring and able to help arrange transport last minute for unexpected needs. The drivers are always on time and patient. They really take the time to make sure their rider is comfortable.
