My vehicle was in an accident on May 1st. The insurance company assessed the damage and issued a check and estimate to Golling on May 6th. I was told parts had to be ordered, and an appointment would be scheduled once parts were received. I had to call back to check if the parts were received and finally schedule an appointment to drop off the vehicle. The appointment was scheduled for June 17th, and the vehicle was dropped off as scheduled. As of June 28, I had not had any communication on the progress of my vehicle. I called and was informed that my vehicle was going to paint on Tuesday, July 2nd. I called and was then told that they notified the insurance company because they had to add an additional repair to the quote and the adjuster needed to come out. Monday, July 8th, I called to see if the adjuster had come out and was told no. I called the insurance company, and the adjuster was scheduled for July 9th. The insurance company ended up deeming the vehicle a total loss.
With all this said, my vehicle was in the possession of Golling since June 17th, and the only communication was made by me calling. I was told the vehicle was headed to paint, but my vehicle was not touched. How was it headed to paint one without being fixed and deemed unrepairable the following week. If you have a choice, find another collision shop that will respect the customer and communicate the progress or lack thereof of your vehicle.

Save your time and 100% avoid this location. I’m not sure what is going on here, but there appears to be zero sense of urgency. I brought in my 2024 Jeep GC lease that was sideswiped and it sat in the lot for two weeks untouched. In two weeks, they could not even complete a simple tear down for me so Progressive could get an accurate estimate of damages. I finally had to move car to a business that takes their work seriously. It must be nice to be Golling and have so much money that they allow their employees to turn down my $14,000 job through a lack of communication and professionalism.

Don't bother with them, never call you back. Always telling you it's delayed. Paul Simms so far has been terrible to work with. I've made sure to let fca customer care know about this.

I've had my vehicle repaired here twice since purchasing it, unfortunately, However, both times, they were quick and exactly how it looked when I purchased it. Color matched customer service was excellent, and I would recommend it highly.

I would not typically leave a one star review nor care enough about an auto repair. Our family has used this dealership often throughout the years. Recently their work has been sub-par, and potentially a scam. Multiple vehicles serviced that then needed to be returned to the shop. In my most recent example I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in on Thursday 11/2. On Friday evening I rushed over to pick it up for a bill of $1137 for the thermostat and actuator being replaced. Excited to drive it back with full heat! On the 10 minute drive home the heat was working but the engine was steaming and smelled awful. My dad and I opened the hood and there was a leaking fluid on the drivers side. We called Paulette and immediately brought it back by 6pm driving it into the shop and showing her the problem. I then picked it up the following week with no additional bill. Over the next 7-10 days I then lose heat again, however I did not have a spare vehicle to bring it in. (family up at hunt camp) She quotes me $2000 and that the radiator is leaking. Tells me that I drove the vehicle 900 miles in the two week span. At this point I think to myself, my vehicle was leaking when I originally brought it back and why does 900 miles matter. You performed poor service. Over the course of the interactions she said it was pressure tested, then said that she suggested it be pressure tested, then when I asked for proof that it was pressure tested she came back and said that it was not pressure tested. So I have two thoughts, they either scam people out of as many service calls as they can and think people will just keep paying. Or two, their technicians are not trained well and there is little oversight by management. Either one is not good. Will be losing quite a few customers.

Just bought my second car from here this past week. Absolute beautiful car. Greg in used cars had me hooked the second he sent me the info. Bought it on the spot. In and out, with the car, within about 45 minutes.

Complete waste of time. When I called they said to come in and they can provide a quote in 15 mins no problem. Went in and a woman refused to give me a quote until insurance emailed them. Thanks for nothing Golling!

Took 1hr 45min for an oil change and rotate, and I was the 5th car in the door when they opened. They forgot to reset oil change reminder, and tire pressure was not correct.

Golling CDJR Used car sales was the best experience EVER in buying a car. Unlike most dealerships I was in and ut of there faster than any car purchase ever. They were all great and friendly. Pepe was the friendliest most helpful sales person I have ever dealt with as well. If you go in ask for Pepe he will not disappoint!

worst experience I've ever had with this company in almost three years of having service to my truck. I was disrespected in so many ways, the customer service was rude, and that I felt uncomfortable as well as unwanted. especially me being a Chrysler worker.

The service People are just fine. The service cost is absolutely absurd. I'll post the actual text from the repair man. This is my wife's car."Coolant flush - $ 220. Brake fluid exchange - $ 200. AND the Fuel system cleaning - $ 275. ARE all over due to be done. Let me know how you want to proceed."I can go to uncle Ed's and have it done for a quarter of the cost. I used to be an assistant manager there. You know how hard it is to flush these things? Not $220 hard. Also and most importantly! It's a separate diagnosis fee for each item the they have to look at!! $170+ just to look at one thing. So it's not a diagnostic fee at all. It's a "I'll look at what you request fee, and for each different thing my eyes touch it's another 170+. I went down the street to 5 star auto. They fixed it for a quarter of the cost. Garbage dealership price gouging. The truck already cost 70k....

2023-03-04. Golling CDJR of Roseville.Reviews for service business are impossible to write. There will always be a mix of good and bad experiences and you never know which one you'll be getting next. Most every bad experience you read will most like come down to money. How much they paid for the service they received. What you need to understand about this is that for most dealerships, these prices are preset and the cost is the cost.Hourly rates and discounts are really the only things controlled by the dealership. We'll that and goodwill. But things like parts and time of repair are not. There is a "black book" that defines the time it takes for certified mechanics to perform just about every repair and maintenance job on your vehicle, so the calculation of your service is pretty clear. Cost of parts + number of hours defined by the black book x hourly mechanic rate - discounts + fees (environmental or disposal) + taxes = total bill. The formula for costs is the same no matter where you go for service. If you go to an independent mechanic you may get a better price in parts and hourly rates l, even the time it takes for repairs. But the caveat here is that you need to find a mechanic that is competent and that you can trust. In contrast, the dealership is bound by a level of service they must provide, and they can't deviate from the process and prices. To get around this and be more competitive dealerships can and do offer discounts in the form of coupons, but those are discounts they absorb the cost of.So rather than focus on the actual performance of the repair, I'd like to talk about the other factors the dealerships directly control, the personal customer interface, and the facilities.Golling if Roseville is set in a tight footprint. The showroom has been renovated and looks bright, new, and modern. The facilities are clean and they have several waiting areas for you. Some area are open while others are more enclosed with warm tones on the walls.I came here because this is one of the few locations that offer Saturday service (see pics). I was greeted as soon as I pulled in and Christie M was my service advisor. Christie was friendly and conversational. I only needed regular service maintenance (oil change, tire rotation), point inspection. I was told that the wait would be about 90 minutes, which didn't really surprise me, but was hoping for less.I went to the waiting areas where I found modern spaces with complementary beverages and snacks. There were both hot and cold drinks and salty snacks. Some tables even had power supplies for you to plug your electronic devices into for either recharging or direct power supply. Overall the facilities and the treatment I received here at Golling Roseville is top notch. I don't have anything bad to say about this dealership and the service they provide. Are the costs of service exorbitant, sure! They're like every other dealership, but it's the cost of maintaining a vehicle. (FYI: labor rate here is $165/hr). I believe Golling is the largest CDJR dealership in SE Michigan, and their flagship location in Bloomfield showcases this. I kind of like the small world charm and feel to this location though. 5 stars for the way I was treated by the staff here and 5 stars for the facilities.I'll end it with this. I brought my vehicle in around 11:30 and was out by 12:10, so the wait was not bad at all.If You would like to experience more, come dine-with-me.yelp.com I'd love to have your company... drive safe!
