“I've been to a lot of boutiques in Tennessee, South Carolina, Florida and I'm usually not a fan. But my niece and I decided to take a look here.. Von was so sweet with me, took the time to listen to what I didnt like and what I did like. She brought me various sizes and different things to try. She was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind to my niece running around the store acting like a typical 2 year old. I've never had such a pleasant experience shopping ever besides this store. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Von for the awesome service and your daughter is wonderful too! I'll definitely be back!”

“My Grand daughter is a huge fan of Rue21 I'VE purchased her so much clothing from here. I DON'T LIKE the fact that the coupons mostly are used online I don't think that's fair I just might start back shopping at forever 21 we spend LOTS OF MONEY AT RUE21 and can't use coupons in store they give $5 here for instore use doesn't amount up to much compared to the amounts we spend”
