This little Post Office has some of the nicest, most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered! I should add that I brought in like 17 awkwardly shaped boxes for express shipping (with no notice other than I remotely printed my shipping labels), and the woman at the counter was so helpful and patient as I ran back to my car 6 times to grab more boxes! I was very grateful to her for her attitude and professionalism.

I just encountered a woman mail carrier delivering our mail with her mail bag, smoking a cigarette, and scrolling on her phone ?♀️? great service.

We really enjoy our mail carrier but there are a couple of employees inside that are consistently undermining customers. And after looking at these reviews, I'm not the only one that notices it.

I was in the post office tiday and had several things to ship each was a sale item and i was trying to get everything shopped prperly. I did not have packaging at home so i asked for assistance with packaging and pricing. I stepped aside and let other customers go ahead as I knew i was mailing several things and it was taking time. There were two older women at the counter. One heavy set with short hair. The other with longer hair also heavy set. Once I was do e i went in lobby to message all my buyers and sort things out and i could hear them making fun of me through the wall. I went back in and acknowledged their lack of professionalism. I will NEVER come here again. I will go to Armada office or send UPS. I hope their manager sees this and knows how terribly unprofessional they are. Such poor customer service

I have used this post office several times. My last 2 visits in the past month, the women up front were polite and efficient. Lisa apologized for me having to wait maybe 3 minutes. I appreciate the small town feel, and the convenience.

Place is a joke the lady upfront i so unkind. They would not even help this old lady fill out her mail. I was completely disgusted with this staff. they will never help anyone they think you coming in there is an issue and a hassle little sigh under there breath when you walking they always say in a minute and take there sweet time. should be in and out somehow they make it take 20min and are very nosy. unbelievable they need to retire. The clock is ticking for them just a matte of time thank god.

They will do anything to make your visit a complete wreck place is a dump dirty need some new management. Clerks are too nosy. They just can’t take a package without 100 questions make me uncomfortable.
