“We are VERY PLEASED with our moving process. From the time I spoke with Durand Watkins, our moving agent from Imlach, on the phone he put my mind COMPLETELY at ease and just 'took control' my stress levels went from a 10 to a 1!! His follow up calls ensuring moving dates, prices, and all the info we needed were extremely helpful. The followup calls from Shauna and Keri were extremely thoughtful and showed the concern this company has for its customers and excellence of service!We used Imlach movers in 2009 when we moved from Michigan to Colorado in the dead of winter and snow storms, used them to come Back to Michigan in 2018 (Durand was our agent then also), and when we decided to move from Upper Michigan to Phoenix, during the heat of the hottest summer on record, the Imlach team got our belongings there safe and sound! THREE TIMES using them have been an excellent experience. They care about their customers and the excellence of service is outstanding.Now a word about the driver and his team he hired in Michigan, then again in Phoenix. John Brown! He's the MAN!! He kept in touch by phone calls and let us know the status of pick up and delivery. He and his team had us packed up and then unpacked and NOT ONE SINGLE THING WAS BROKEN!! They were extremely courteous and fast!! Also i would like to mention the pricing was very reasonable for the move(s) also. Very important..Thank you to everyone who made this move a smooth transition for us.Highly recommend Imlach Movers!God Bless you all!”

“Called looking for a trailer. They didnt have one. Now most places would stop and end the call there. But Alexandria helped me out and went out of her way to find one some where else . Set up a hold for the trailer at next location. Was very nice and helpful to all my questions. Thank you very much”
“The storage facility is fine. The registration process was not great. I got cut off twice and had to repeat all the information that I gave the previous people. They were not clear how I was too signed my contract for the unit. I thought I was going to meet someone at their office and sign. However, all of that can be taken care of online. They just send you to a specific website. One of the people I talk to had an accent from the Caribbean. This made things very difficult as not only could I not understand her, but I had to repeat and talk very slow two or three times just so that they would understand what I was saying, and then I had to repeat to, correct them . However, some of the folks I talk to or really sharp and made things happen.”
