I really didn't care for the old fashioned and outdated scratch test, and she's a little off putting with short blunt attitude, but really does a great job getting you the best price for your jewelry, old or otherwise. She's also very good to her repeat customers. Very good.

The most authentic, honest, and personable store hands down. I landed here on a whim and have found the only jeweler we will do business with. When it comes to guiding and educating customers on custom jewelery there is no one I would trust more!
