I tried giving this place a second try and both times have been disastrous. First time they forgot to give me one of my prescriptions so I had to drive back the next day and get it. All I got was a measly little low end apology from the manager… Not good enough! On top of it, they forgot the most important prescription of the three which my child needed the most!Last night I went there and they only had two of my three prescriptions in stock. I had to transfer my prescription elsewhere and drive even farther. I would not recommend this place and to go elsewhere.

I went in a bought a Covid 19 kit from Abbott. When I got home there was no instructions in English so I used the barcode and followed instructions. However they were very confusing and I called Abbott and I could not understand what they were saying (not English) so I went back to get another kit or instructions in English. The manager said I would have to buy another kit and wouldn't give me the instructions from another kit. They wanted me to pay another $25 to get the results!!!! I went to another store and got the instruction and I did have Covid but they had me running around sick. Terrible customer relations !! Will never go back THEY JUST DON'T CARE

I sent out Film photos over 2 months ago and they told me to call every Friday to see if they have come in yet. Without fail, every Friday I will call and get left on hold for over 15 minutes. I completely understand if they are short staffed, and I truly don’t mind waiting on hold but the person who answers always has a terrible attitude and it makes me dread calling them.

They talked very impolitely and unpleasantly. I think we take the medicine and our insurance pays them,we don't go ask for it from them, but they make it seem like we are going to ask for free medicine from them. They so rude.

It's amazing how such a simple thing can turn you off to a place. I moved near Walgreens three years ago and it has been my go to for prescriptions milk, ice cream whatever. Last week I picked up some dental floss picks and instead of getting the regular brand, I got Walgreens. It took me seven of them to floss my teeth because they broke so easily- so today I went to exchange them for the namebrand ones and I didn't have a receipt and they wouldn't give me my $2.80 or what it was whatever it is credit to buy the namebrand. Such a simple thing, but I guess you never really know about a company until you have a problem- then you find out how they are and Walgreen is pretty stinky about any kind of problems with their merchandise. So I am going to move all my prescriptions from this place and it's no longer going to be my quick stop. I would not recommend them because they have a horrible exchange-return policy. Even with our own products! With clearly the name, Walgreen written all over it. Five thumbs down.

I was visiting lost vegas with my infant toddler and we wanted to see a tourist attraction so we went to see the greenwalls in the wallgreens attraction. Lets just say taht there were zero greens wall and I was NOT HAPPY

Basic store overall. But the pharmacy cannot keep supplies for my diabetic 4 year old in stock to save their lives!! They promised it was a one time thing, now when it’s time for prescription refills everything is out of stock and I’m running around to different Walgreens every month. Wouldn’t depend on this Pharmacy for ANYTHING life saving.

Good for a pit stop, except the check-out line can be long/slow (no u-scan). Some products tend to be sold out so can check the app or call before to see if products are in-stock. I prefer not to use the pharmacy at this location. They have oxygen!

A few weeks ago I visited this location on a Saturday late afternoon shortly before the pharmacy was closing. The purpose of my visit was to obtain a vaccine for travel purposes.Both the employee who assisted my check in and the pharmacist who gave me the vaccine were incredibly friendly. knowledgeable and professional. This could not have gone anymore smoothly. I had the exact opposite experience at the CVS located on Walton Blvd.Thank you Walgreens, and particularly the pharmacy staff of this Walgreens location!

Yesterday I went to Walgreens to get a Covid test. They asked me to pay $180 for the test. The average person cannot afford $180. The pandemic will never end because of price gouging.
