Visited the Verizon location at 1467 N. Rochester Rd. to upgrade our older iPhones to the new iPhone 13 Pro model. Met with Iven Daood of the TEAM Verizon sales group to work out the best trade-in allowance and cellular plan options that worked best for us. Found Iven to be very patient with us. He answered all of our many questions and clearly explained differences among the various option available. Found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with our needs. Overall, a pleasant experience. Happy with our new iPhones and the changes made to our cellular service plan.

Walked in looking for a new phone and Nathan hit the ball out of the park! He was so nice and helpful with finding me the greatest bang for my buck. He found me the best plan and even helped me save money on my bill! I appreciate his dedication to make me happy!

I went in to upgrade my phone. I made it clear that I just wanted to pay the least I could to walk out with a working phone. At my fault I didn't really pay attention to all of the items on the bill, but the salesperson convinced me that I couldn't pay less than $300 and that I only had one android option in that range. I ended up paying $100 for peripherals I didn't want, a $20 TEAM service fee (for getting swindled?!), and I paid $180 for a phone I could have bought for $150 on the verizon store.

Great service by Nathan and Ivan as they were upfront and honest about the best deals available and very helpful Highly recommend them. Although disappointed to say I'd stay away from Gary as he was dishonest about current promotion and lied on specific questions about charges so he could push extra bundle not needed which were way over priced just to get the sale.

I had terrible service!!! I think it was the Manager and I needed help with my phone screen, afew days ago. He seem to have an attitude and was not able to help me. He directed me to call Verizon customer service. The place was not busy and alot of workers were just hanging around.I went to another Verizon by Great Lakes Crossing the next day. They helped me right away!! She kept working on my phone until she found the problem. I wanted to kiss her, I was so happy!!!!
