My husband and I went into the store after work to grab ceiling paint. Mark was there and was very helpful and polite.We went back the next day for more paint, obviously, and unfortunately it was right before closing. Although there were other people waiting, he was still calm and handled everyone with a smile.We will mos def be back. Mark just puts the icing on the cake with his great customer service!

Called in my paint a day before and pre paid just to sit in line for 45 minutes the next morning and miss my touch up apt . You guys need to put pre paid items in an area the contractors can scan a QR and grab/go.... Had my paint made and paid a day before to prevent having to wait for 10 contractors to get orders filled and brought to their van . I'm looking at my single gallon of paint that I already paid for, within arms reach , on a shelf ...all ahwhile I'm missing my apt ... common guys . What's the point of planning ahead of the curve and ordering and paying in advance if you guys have no way to make ur end work ???

This Sherwin Williams does not carry Sherwin Williams acetone. Instead it carries and inferior off brand. It sells 32 ounces of this off brand for about 20 dollars. I regularly pay about 15 bucks for 128 ounces of Sherwin Williams brand acetone. I will have to plan ahead a little better and stop at Sherwin Williams stores that actually have what customers need.
