I hate to give 2 stars cause my salesman was very helpful and nice but the 2 stars is for the vehicle alone I’ve been skeptical about buying another chrysler and this solidifies it.. had the Ram for 6 months it’s brand new and to my surprise truck won’t get out of first gear and check engine lights on etc.. I couldn’t bring the vehicle back out here cause it wouldn’t have made it so was told take it to any Chrysler dealership. So took it to westborn and they don’t know when they can get to it and no loaners called Rochester they have no loaners such an inconvenience!! Was told call Chrysler tell them I need a loaner pay for the loaner and they’ll probably reimburse me.. so I have to do all the work like it’s my fault and issue.. it’s BS!! So now im stuck trying to find a loaner at my expense or MAYBE they’ll pay for it if I qualify

Took a long time to get my car fixed. Then when I go pick it up somebody hit the car while they had it so there is damage to it. Then after that when I pick it up missing bolts. From the work they performed. Got my car back. Just today after all this time it’s been over a year. My car still not done and both service managers don’t care. I had a written agreement that I was not supposed to get my car back until it was fully completed and they broke the agreement, a written contract that they wrote up, so I got my car back. It’s still messed up after all this time back window was supposed to be fixed. It’s worse than what it was when I dropped it off and they said it’s OK to order a new one and it is a new one and it’s worse, customer service service managers. They don’t need to work there. They don’t care about you at all. They only care about themselves.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. We had a very unique situation in 2023 where we were looking for a very specific 2022 Grand Wagoneer and they were one of 2 dealerships in the country with the trim, color and finishes we wanted. Matt in sales was amazing to work with from out of state and I was able to fly in and purchase the car and be on my way home in no time at all (we also needed possession of it quickly so couldn't coordinate any transport). He made it so easy. More importantly I had a question asked by my local dealership about extended warranties for a repair this week, and couldn't find any paperwork of the purchase for the life of me. So I text Matt, a FULL 18 months following the purchase, and he had all the answers for me within 10 minutes. The fact he would go out of his way to assist when I live states away and the likelihood of me traveling hours again to purchase a future vehicle is low says a lot about his character. It makes me actually want to come up from Charlotte to buy my next car. Who knows, maybe I will if I can find a way. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I had wonderful experience. Everyone is extremely helpful. My service advisor, Brad was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The technician, Andrew, did a great job and was kind. I enjoyed everyone I came in contact with. Will definitely bring my car back for service.
I wanted to add on to my review because I came in yet again for routine maintenance after my previous visit and yet again, my experience was great! My service Advisor Erin, was sweet, bubbly and informative! They have a great team working there.

Scheduling the appointment at Rochester Hills was a breeze and they had me in within a week. Write up Advisor, Zack, was professional, courteous and captured all details surrounding vehicle issue as described. He followed up the following day with technician Wil’s findings and provided cost / timing for said repair. Repair was completed in timely fashion. Vehicle was provided back to me, washed and operating like new. I highly recommend Rochester Hills for all your vehicle service, maintenance or repairs. Great shop to do business with!

We took our 2019 Ram in for service, was quoted $170 estimate, that turned into a $7000 repair!! Got it back after 6 weeks only to find it had not been fixed at all, we took it back in and another $2000, it appears to be running good. Only has 70k miles, should never need this much in repair! Would NEVER go back!!

I purchased a 24 Dodge Hornet GT on September 22nd. September 23rd I called my salesperson Nick to inform him I found flaws in the paint (discoloration) as well as an outward dent and I wanted to know why the wireless phone charger didn't work nor the automatic lift gate. I was told he'd get back with me after playing phone tag and text messaging for a week. Nick said I couldn't get in for service until 10/30. I finally asked to speak with the manager in sales, service manager, and the body shop manager. I was directed back to my Nick each time. I wasn't satisfied with the answers that Nick gave me so I asked to speak with the general manager. I received a call from Lincoln the general manager. I informed him of the situation. I received a call the next day saying that I could drop my vehicle off for service and they had a loner vehicle for me to use. After a week I received a call today 10/12 saying that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Come find out my car was never equipped with a wireless charger or an automatic lift gate. Why did the Nick point those features out to me if I didn't have them? When I dropped my vehicle off for service. I took a picture of the mileage. Someone had use my car to go to lunch or take it for a quick spin. They couldn't explain the extra miles. They tried to make it like I was lying. However, their paperwork confirmed the mileage that I had in my picture but no one knows why it was off. But then they want to get upset me for questioning them.
The miles didn't magically appear. The general manager brings to my attention. "You know how many vehicles I own on this lot? No one used your vehicle for personal use or joyride, we don't do that". Well, somebody was in my vehicle and it's no excuse. Since when do you drive a car 5 miles to do diagnostic testing on wireless charger or a lift gate. Not to mention, it wasn't noted anywhere in my notes. The sales person Nick had the nerve to tell me "no vehicle is perfect". Well, me as the customer if I can see the flaws with my naked eye then it's a problem, especially when you're spending close to $40,000 in today's economy and during a strike. Nick was super nice until he secured the sale after that, he acted as if I was bothering him or getting on his nerve. This isn't my first, second or third purchase of a vehicle. I have 29.5 yrs with Stellantis/FCA/ Chrysler. Always remember the bad word about your company will spread a lot faster than the good word. It's a good idea to be respectful and keep your customers satisfied. I have documentation and proof to back everything I'm saying. This is in no way intended for defamation of character. It's just a honest review. I forgot to mention Nick asked that I give him a (ten) good review on the buyers survey...even after he back doored the loan officer I was working with at the credit union. I told him up front I got approved through my credit union he informed me they worked directly with the cu. I received a call 3 days after purchasing my vehicle from the loan officer(Joy) at the credit union asking me if I want to complete the
loan. I informed her I had already picked the car up. She called Nick on a three way call asking if he knew she had already secured my loan. They went back and forth for a few minutes Nick ultimately hung the phone up in her face. It wasn't enough to get the sale commission he wanted the finance commission as well. Bad business ethics. I did receive 2 free oil changes, not that they offered. I had to asked to be compensated for my time being so inconvenienced.
