I can't say enough about Al and his customer service. It is the best. He was able to fix my tv for a fair price, but most importantly, you can tell that he really cares about doing the job right for his customers. Great experience from start to finish.

Al from Cap's TV Repair did an excellent job fixing our 65" Samsung for an affordable price. Customer service was excellent as he informed us of the issue with the TV and was extremely professional and helpful. Highly recommend his services.

I accidentally called Cap's TV Services not realizing I was well outside their service area. Al was very polite and offered to look up a local repair man for me. He seemed very knowledgeable and suggested a work-around based on what I told him was wrong, free of charge.
