Slow slow slow slow slow...I have added a star as I think they have new management and staff, and it has definitely improved. If it stays this way, I'll give the 5th star.

This place is always busy. Access off Fort St, line up around the building. Standard for Starbucks, busy but pretty quick. Staff is very helpful & kind. Try going inside for service if drive up is busy, often quicker
